Hello hivers I hope you all are doing fine. I went to a trek with my boys which reminds me a trip to this same place three years back. I came to Bhrigu lake in 2021 for the first time. After 3 years I went to this trek with my two friends Parv and Shagun. Going on a trek with your friends is the best therapy you can give yourself.
So I was working alot in the past year and I didnt got much time to create content for myself and work pressure increased as hell. Somewhere I was missing mountains and the treks. Because I started making content through my camera just to show my fun life but you know its everyone's story, You have to earn money for survival and also to fulfill wants and needs of yourself as well as your close ones.
So I called my friend who is living in Manali and told him that I want escape for few days. Luckily he wants the same so asked my drone pilot to come with me and he also said yes and we left our places same day in my car. We reached to manali from chandigarh almost 3 pm and take rest that day.
Next day we packed our important stuff and leave to Gulaba early in the morning. Its almost 30 kms from the place where we were staying. Gulaba is the place where we can park the car and also we need to take permission to cross the barrier. So as my friend is local so he asked the officer that can we park on the roadside so we can start the trek from the last point. Its almost 5 kms by road or you can walk straight up almost one and half km to reach the destinations which is the start of the trek.
So we start trekking almost 10 in the morning and we saw some beautiful landscapes so we took some drone shots which I will upload after edits will be completed.
First part of the trek is very steep so we have to walk slowly but consistently. You will find some water resources on the way as well. You can camp by yourself and you can also hire any guide or travel agency as well. You will also find stays in between the trek but you will only have tents to sleep. There are two places Raoli kholi And Bethar dhar . They will charge you 2000 INR for 3 times food and stay.
While walking on the trek you will see snow covered mountains and lush green meadows with sheeps and horses. Porters use horses to deliever goods and baggages of the trekkers. Its a good buisness for the local people. There are lots of shepherd who bring the flock of sheeps to feed them and live there for months.
Its almost 6 kms to reach the first base camp. At first base camp you will find place to stay and eat some food. This is the best place to stay if you are doing 2 nights 3 days trek. You can stay here and rest and also you can do some photography and also enjoy the scenic view of the valley.
While trekking you will find many companions on they way who will give you the conpany and you will not feel alone. These companions are not only human, you will have company of himalyan dogs who will not only give company but also guide you so you will not lost on the way.
They are friendly dogs so you dont have to afraid. Just feed them once they will not leave you through out the trek. There are lot of flaura and fauna species
which you will see while on the trek.
People also do paragliding and enjoy the views with aeriel views.
So after 3 to 4 hour of walk we reached the first base camp where we stayed and eat some food which we bring from the home. We also shoot some videos for the vlog and fly drone to take some mesmerising shots of the valley.
As the time passes suddenly mist came from nowhere and covered everything with the clouds. So we decided to sit inside the kitchen. Where everyone shared their experience of life and also talked about how world is changing these days. As talking to each other time passed and we did dinner almost on 7 pm.
After taking dinner we went outside and saw the majestical sky. We saw Milky way and its was looking very beautiful I tried my best to capture the sky with my phone. But I hope you will like them.
So this is the First day of the trek. We did lot of fun which I cannot describe it in words you will see it in my vlogs which I will upload soon untill then Goodbye see you soon with another blog.
