Ever had that feeling where the best moments in life are the ones shared with your favorite people?Well,buckle up because I am about to take you on a virtual trip to the sun-drenched shores of Basdako, Moalboal,Cebu where my family and I created a treasure trove of unforgettable memories and guess what?It was my first time experiencing the magic of a real white sand beach ๐ฅฐ.

The epic family reunion became possible with help from my wonderful Auntie who selected the serene paradise of Basdako Moalboal Cebu as our destination.Basdako became the ideal destination for her to reconnect with us while she relaxed and gave our family lots of love.
Now,Imagine super soft,white sand that goes on and on.warmed by the sunny sky.The water?It is really clear and blue like a pretty jewel and you just want to jump in ๐ฅฐ Basdako means big sand in the local language and it is true ๐ The beach is huge so everyone has lots of room to relax and enjoy the quiet.

The soft waves making little splashes on the sand sound like a nice calm song and perfect for relaxing.The air smells clean and like the ocean and makes you feel like you are going to have fun.It is a place where you can forget all your worries and just enjoy being outside with your family.
My aunt being the super organizer she is rented a cozy cottage right by the beach.It was the perfect home base for our reunion providing shade,comfort and a place to gather for meals and laughter.

The cottage was simple yet charming with a veranda overlooking the stunning seascape.It became our little haven where we shared stories, played games and simply enjoyed each other's company.
As someone who is spent most of their life inland and stepping onto the powdery white sand of Basdako was like entering a dream.I was absolutely amazed on how the sand was so fine and soft it felt like walking on clouds.the way the white sand looked next to the water is breathtaking.I could not stop taking pictures because I was trying to capture the sheer beauty of the place.
I spent hours just walking along the shore and feeling that cool water wash over my feet.I watched the waves gently roll in creating the patterns on the sand.I even tried building sandcastles healing my inner child.It was pure and unadulterated joy.
Of course,there is no beach trip would be completed without some water activities ๐ I was particularly excited to try clear kayaking where you can see the underwater world beneath you.Imagine paddling over crystal clear water spotting colorful fish and corals but Unfortunately,it was not included in our budget this time but it is definitely on my bucket list for the next visit.
We did,however enjoy swimming,splashing and simply floating in the refreshing water.We played beach volleyball built sandcastles and explored the shoreline.Everyone was laughing a lot, and you could really feel how happy everyone was.

But the real highlight of the trip was not the stunning scenery or the fun activities.It was the time spent with my family.We shared meals,stories, and laughter.We also played game and simply enjoyed each other's company.We created memories that will last a lifetime moments that pure joy and connection.
Basdako is a place that truly caters to everyone.Whether you are looking for a place to relax,to escape the busy world of city or just wanted a place to reconnect with loved ones you'll find it here.The beach is perfect for swimming,sunbathing and even building sandcastles to heal your inner child.You can also try snorkeling,diving and other water activities.
The local community is warm and welcoming adding to the charm of the place.You will also find plenty of small shops and restaurants offering delicious local cuisine.

Basdako Beach is also a kid friendly since the water was overlooking and it was safe for kids to swim and it is always good with additional supervision of the adult.

Bring sunscreen and a hat so that you can protect yourself from sunburn because the sun can be intensely hot ๐ฅต

Your Snacks and drinks even there is a lot of store and restaurant that surrounds in Basdako it is more convenient and it is always good to have youbring your own.
To rent cottage or rooms if if you like to stay overnight allows you to fully experience the beauty of Basdako.
*Of course don't forget to respect the environment Keep the beach clean.
*Enjoy the moment which is the most important is relax,to have fun and create lasting memories with your loved ones.
