This time, I want to share an exciting experience with my two younger sisters while exploring Ciwidey, a beautiful area in Bandung Regency, West Java. Ciwidey is famous as one of the favorite tourist destinations for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty. With a cool mountain atmosphere and stunning panorama, Ciwidey truly offers an unforgettable holiday experience.
THE TRIP TO BANDUNG
That morning, we got ready to start the journey to Bandung. Using a travel service, we decided to leave at 05.00 WIB from Jakarta. With a large, comfortable bus, the trip was exciting because of the friendly atmosphere among the participants. Every now and then, we stopped at rest areas for rest and toilet needs. After about four hours, we finally arrived at our destination with full enthusiasm.
THE PHENOMENAL WHITE CRATER OF CIWIDEY
The first destination we visited was the White Crater, a tourist spot that is very popular among travelers. If you like traveling, Kawah Putih is one of the must-visit destinations when in Bandung.
This volcanic lake has greenish-white water that can change according to temperature, weather, and sulfur content. The scenery here is so exotic, and the cool air typical of the mountains makes us want to linger. The magical atmosphere offered by Kawah Putih really pampers the eyes and soul.
STUNNING PHOTO SPOTS
One of the main attractions of Kawah Putih is its beautiful photo spots. Many visitors use the services of professional photographers to capture their moments. We didn't miss out either! For a fee of IDR 10,000 per photo, we got charming and meaningful shots.
The photographers here are very experienced in choosing the best angles, so that the photos look more artistic and satisfying. In addition, there are many natural photo spots that are no less beautiful, from the background of thin fog to the expanse of greenish water.
