RE: Travel Story: Gulf of Trieste | Italy | Miramare Castle

From Poland to Italy? Wow, great!
It could have almost been Greece :)

although I ended up sleeping under a bridge that night.

I think the locals would find the bridge a better place to spend the night instead of the haunted castle! I love these stories!
A friend lives in an amazing stone-built house, similar to a small castle, that locals didn't rent it for years due to a murder or something, and now she is paying almost nothing for rent while having an amazing time and a great view, haha!

Lovely tour! Thanks for sharing!

I wanted to go that way, but I was pressed with the Schengen Visa =/
one day maybe if I ever decide to go crazy and move to a sailboat

A friend lives in an amazing stone-built house...

What a bargain! Has she heard any noises or something? A friend of mine used to live in a two-story house in Ireland and they swear to God his girlfriend saw a man more than once. They said Ireland has a super "heavy" vibe due to all the years of disgrace and death they've gone through.

By sailboat it would be even better! There are so many islands and isolated beaches to explore! Can you imagine sailing from Brazil? We are far...

No juicy story here, no screams or noises :)
I think her kids have somehow cleaned the energy and balanced the situation - they are the most active, happy, crazy, creative kids I have ever met. And I think they did a good job!

Have you ever seen Youtube Channel Sailing LaVagabond (today they are huge and well-marketed), but story goes that the guy bought a boat in Greece. Plenty of Brazilians also buying boats there to live aboard.

Never heard of it, I will check it out!
And surely I had never heard of Brazilians buying boats here! Amazing!
