From what I understand it's one of the top climbing destinations in North America. Our float plane pilot used to fly legends like Galen Rowell in there back in the day. He was a big part of why the trip was so enjoyable - so many incredible stories from his years of flying float planes and helicopters in the mountains. You definitely need to do this trip, ideally while Warren is still around and flying (he's 70). You would love him.

I'm content to appreciate the mountains from below though 😂
