The reason why we went to the bazaar this time is that he will participate in the shopping fair, which took place on Saturday, with the brand of my brother. That's why my mother and I went to the market together to help my brother with his work. In Bursa, there is a phrase called 'to go to a statue'. Bursa center is called Sculpture because Atatürk statue is in the center. Going to the statue is also called going to the statue. ☺️
Long story short, we went to the statue where the bazaar is located and walked towards the bazaar.
I admire this building Historical Town Hall located at the entrance of the bazaar you see in the photo, those who follow my articles already know that I admire old buildings ☺️. At the back of the town hall, there is a pleasant square where people looking at the bazaar can rest, eat bagels, tea and halvah from the famous halva maker Ali, and sit and watch the birds, in the shape of a half-moon marble, with fountains in front of it.
It is good to sit in this square and watch the birds flying and people running around. This time, I couldn't have this pleasure because we were busy with our work.
The first thing we did for the preparations of moja design, the brand of my brother @homeopath, was to go to the fabric manufacturers' bazaar. On the way to the fabric market, we passed by the flower market. There weren't many flowers on the street because we passed by in the early hours of the florists lined up on a street. Florists were just opening their shops.
While my sister and mother were choosing their fabrics, I looked at other sequin fabrics around. What interesting fabrics. When I saw some fabrics, I couldn't help but think about who buys and sews these fabrics. Since I am not a shopping lover, I get bored quickly, even if I do not go to the store or enter the store, I am only blindly interested, I do not examine the products sold.
I was starting to get bored when I visited five or six fabric stores. These fabrics, which I saw in one of the shops we visited, caught my attention. If these fabrics are on the showcase, the wedding season has opened. Fabrics with sequins and stones, indispensable for Macedonian immigrants.
After finishing the fabric issue, it was time to go to the dowry bazaar and go to the embroidery shop that will make the patterns and stitches we want on the fabrics and deliver the fabrics.
On our way to the dowry bazaar, this time we passed the Nilüfer Villager's Market. Here you can find spices, legumes, delicatessen, etc. products.
All bazaars and inns are somehow connected to each other and occupy a large area. The attractiveness of the colorful benches attracts you 🙂
After the Nilüfer Villager's Market, we went to the dowry market. There is no one who is dealing with dowry now. Either they don't care or they don't know how to knit or embroider, that's why this bazaar is a great place to complete the handicraft deficiencies in the dowry, you can find everything you are looking for embroidery, sewing, knitting here. We have delivered the fabrics for embroidery and cutting, and I am looking forward to the day we will receive them. Let's see how the products designed by my brother will turn out. And again, it's a classic if we went to the bazaar, we walk towards abdal on the way back and eat Bursa's famous tahinili. Evde oturduğum zamanların acısını çıkarıyorum ☺️ Bu sefer çarşıya gitmemizi nedeni cumartesi günü gerçekleşen olan Alışveriş fuarına kardesimin markasıyla katılacak olması. İşte bu yüzden annem ve ben kardeşime işlerinde yardımcı olmak için beraber çarşıya gittik. Bursa'da heykele çıkma diye bir tabir vardır yazarken ağız alışkanlığı neyse kelimelere de o dökülüyor. Bursa merkeze Atatürk heykeli merkezde olduğu için Heykel denir. Heykele gitmeye de, heykele çıkmak denir. ☺️ Uzun lafın kısası bizde çarşının bulunduğu heykele çıktık ve çarşıya doğru yürüdük. Fotoğrafta gördüğünüz çarşının girişinde bulunan Tarihi Belediye Binası bu binaya hayranım, benim yazılarımı takip edenler zaten bilirler eski yapılara hayran olduğumu ☺️. Belediye binasının arka kısmında çarşıya bakan insanların dinlenip simit, çay ve ünlü helvacı Ali'den aldıkları helvalarini yedikleri, önünde fıskiyelerin bulunduğu, yarım ay şeklinde mermerden, kuşlarıda izleyip oturacaklari keyifli bir meydan bulunur. Bu meydanda oturmak, uçuşan kuşları, insanların koşturmacasını izlemek iyi geliyor. Bu sefer işlerimiz yoğun olduğu için bu keyfimi gerceklestiremedim. moja dizayn' ın hazırlıkları için ilk işimiz kumaşcilar çarşısına gitmek oldu. Kumaşçılar çarşısına giderken çiçekçiler çarşısında geçtik. Bir sokak yan yana sıralanmış çiçekçiler biz erken saatlerde geçtiğimiz için sokakta çok çiçek yoktu. Çiçekçiler dukkanlarini yeni aciyordu.Kardeşim @homeopath ' in markası olan Kardeşimle annem kumaşlarini seçerken ben etraftaki diğer allı pullu kumaşlara baktım. Nasıl ilginç kumaşlar vardı. Bağzı kumaşları görünce kim alır ne dikilir bu kumaşlardan diye düşünmeden duramadim. Alışverişi seven biri olmadığım için çabuk sıkılıyorum, ya mağazaya girmem yada mağazaya girsem bile üstün körü ilgilenirim, pek incelemem satılan ürünleri. Beş - Altı kumas mağazası gezince sıkılmaya başlamıştım. Gezdigimiz mağazalardan birinde gördüğüm bu kumaşlar dikkatimi çekti. Bu kumaşlar eğer vitrinlere çıkmışsa düğün sezonu açılmıştır. Makedon göçmenlerinin vazgeçilmez allı pullu, taşlı kumaşlar.🥰 Kumaş konusunu hallettikten sonra sıra çeyizciler çarşısına gidip kumaşlara istediğimiz desenleri ve dikisini yapacak nakisci dükkanına gidip kumaşları teslim etmeye geldi. Çeyizciler çarşısına giderken yolumuz bu sefer Nilüfer Köylü Pazarı n dan geçti. Burada baharat, baklagil, şarküteri v.b ürünleri bulabilirsiniz. Nilüfer Köylü pazarından sonra çeyizciler çarşısına geçtik. Artık elinde çeyiz yapan uğraşan pek kimseye yok. Ya uğraşmıyorlar yada örmeyi, işlemeyi bilmiyorlar işte bu yüzden bu çarşı çeyizinde el işi eksiklerini tamamlamak için harika bir yer, nakış, dikiş, örgü adına aradığınız her şeyi burada bulabilirsiniz. Nakış ve kesim için kumaşları teslim ettik teslim alacağımız günü sabırsızlıkla bekliyorum. Kardeşimin tasarladığı ürünler bakalım nasıl olacak. Ve yine bir klasik eğer çarşıya gidildiyse dönüşte abdala doğru yürürüz ve Bursa'nın ünlü tahinli ' sini yeriz.
