Hello friends. Last summer we went for a walk to the cave Prohodna better known as the Eyes of the God. The day was Saturday and our decision was quite spontaneous. The weather was nice and we left around noon.
Здравейте приятели. През изминало лято тръгнахме на разходка към пещера Проходна по-известна като Очите на бога.Денят беше Събота и решението ни беше доста спонтанно. Времето беше приятно и около обяд тръгнахме.
The cave is located near the village of Karlukovo, Lovech region and it took us about two hours to get there. Access to the cave is extremely easy and it is quite possible to visit even in winter. In my opinion, the cave is one of the most famous in Bulgaria, which explains the many visitors.
Пещерата се намира непосредствено близо до село Карлуково област Ловеч и ни отне около два часа да стигнем до там. Изключително лесен е достъпа до пещерата и е напълно възможно да се посети дори и през зимата. Пещерата според мен е една от най-известните в България което обяснява многото посетители.
Only when you enter the cave do you realize how majestic it really is. The cave tunnel is about 350 meters long and more than 50 meters high.
Едва когато влезеш в пещерата успяваш да осъзнаеш колко величествена е всъщност.Пещерният тунел е дълъг към 350 метра и с височина повече от 50 метра.
Entering the main hall and looking up at the ceiling, you can see the "eyes" that gave the name of the cave. The two huge holes with almost the same size and shape resembling eyes are formed due to erosion. Through them sunlight enters the cave and creates an amazing view.
Влизайки в главната зала и вдигайки поглед на горе към тавана на се виждат и "очите" които са дали името на пещерата.Двете огромни дупки с почти еднакъв размер и форма наподобяващи очи са образувани в следствие на ерозия.През тях в пещерата навлиза слънчева светлина и създава невероятна гледка.
Everywhere around the cave and in it there is lush vegetation that contributes to the beauty of the whole area. It is no coincidence that the cave has become a symbol of Bulgarian natural wonders. Over the years, the cave has become a setting for many Bulgarian and foreign film productions. And according to archaeologists in ancient times it served as important occult rituals for the locals.
Навсякъде около пещерата а и във нея има тучна растителност която допринася за красота на цялата местност. Не случайно пещерата се е превърнала в символ на българските природни чудеса.През годините пещерата е ставала декор за множество български и чуждестранни филмови продукции.
We walked for more than two hours and with each step I was more and more amazed by what was around us. I could not help but feel small and insignificant after seeing this picture of me taken by my brother.
Разхождахме се повече от два часа и с всяка крачка аз бях все по възхитен от заобикалящото ни.Нямаще как да не се почувствам малък и незначителен след като видях тази моя снимка направена ми от моят брат.
I was extremely surprised to see that from the top of the rock a group of brave people were bungee jumping literally from the edge of the cave inside. Although we watched them with interest for a long time, none of us had the courage to try this extreme experience.
Бях изключително изненадан когато видях че от върха на скалата група смелчаци скачаха с бънджи буквално от ръба на пещерата във вътрешността и. Макар че дълго ги наблюдавахме с интерес никой от нас не събра смелост да пробва това екстремно преживяване.
After hours of walking in this unearthly beautiful place, we had to go home. Of course, we could not pass the stone house built above the cave and painted as a copy of the view to the "eyes"
След часове в разходки на това неземно красиво място трябваше да тръгваме към вкъщи. Разбира се нямаше как да подминем каменната къщичка изградена над пещерата и изрисувана като копие на гледката към "очите"
