Volvi a los senderos que forman parte de mi ciudad, senderos que he caminado desde hace muchos años, siendo el lugar donde dejo mis angustias y preocupaciones de lado, abriendo momentos en mi mente para meditar, pensar o simplemente dejar de lado tanto ruido
I returned to the trails that are part of my city, trails that I have walked for many years, being the place where I leave my anxieties and worries aside, opening moments in my mind to meditate, think or simply leave aside so much noise.
Hay personas toman como parte de su rutina diaria caminar estos senderos, de hecho en vacaciones me anime a subir varias veces en las mañanas y la cantidad de personas caminando es impresionante y es que claro es una actividad buenísima para hacer cardio junto a la naturaleza que es aun más hermoso
Some people make it part of their daily routine to walk these trails, in fact on vacation I went up several times in the mornings and the amount of people walking is impressive and of course it is a great activity to do cardio with nature which is even more beautiful.
Por mi parte tengo como rutina ir al gimnasio pero créanme que me escapo alguna que otra vez para dejar las pesas de lado e irme a conectar con este lugar tan maravilloso que generalmente es super verde, lo que me sorprendió junto a mi buen amigo @hienco, es lo seco que se encontraba todo el camino, de todas las veces que he subido jamás lo había visto de esa forma, siempre es muy verde con un clima húmedo y los árboles se entrelazan
For my part I have as a routine to go to the gym but believe me I escape from time to time to leave the weights aside and go to connect with this wonderful place that is usually super green, what surprised me along with my good friend @hienco, is how dry it was all the way, of all the times I've gone up I had never seen it that way, it is always very green with a humid climate and the trees are intertwined.
Tenía días queriendo ir con alguien que supiera el camino hasta el mirador, y el indicado fue mi gran amigo, yo antes había subido pero eso fue cuando tenía 15 años de resto hacia la ruta más común, por el camino iba preguntando cuanto faltaba y el dándome aliento para llegar jaja, me pega muchísimo subir y a él bajar, al estar ya en el mirador es increíble la inmensidad de sentirse alejado de la ciudad, donde los únicos B ruidos que se escuchan son los de algunos pajaritos y es perfecto ✨
I had days wanting to go with someone who knew the way to the viewpoint, and the right one was my great friend, I had gone up before but that was when I was 15 years old, on the way I was asking how much was missing and he was giving me encouragement to get there haha, it hits me a lot to go up and him down, being already in the viewpoint is incredible the immensity of feeling away from the city, where the only noises you hear are those of some birds and it's perfect ✨.
Sin duda es algo que quiero hacer más seguido, luego tuve varios días con dolor en las piernas aun cuando siempre estoy activa haciendo ejercicio, esto es parte de yaracuy mi pueblito bonito 🫶🏻
No doubt it is something I want to do more often, then I had several days with pain in my legs even when I am always active doing exercise, this is part of yaracuy my beautiful town 🫶🏻
