I know this particular colony of flamingo generally moves between France, Greece and Turkey. I guess it's not impossible to see them even in closer countries.

Yes, there are pink flamingos in Bulgaria, and I remember that when my friends and I found out that they had appeared in the Atanasovsko Lake area, we went to observe them from afar in 2019 - I wrote about this here ππ΄.
