Finally, my eagerly anticipated introduction has arrived, #introduceyouself. Before writing it, I took my time to explore and comprehend the platform.
ABOUT ME
Am Victor Clement James, a young man in my mid 20's.
I was born and raised in the southern region of Calabar in Nigeria's Cross River State, but I currently reside in Akamkpa Awi (still Cross River State)

Calabar is one of the oldest trading centers in Nigeria. The city is set on a natural hill overlooking the Calabar River. Efik-speaking people have lived in Calabar since at least the 17th century, but because they do not discriminate, they let other tribes enter and exchange goods.
I was raised by the family of Mr. and Mrs. Clement James, a minister of God. My siblings include a brother and two sisters, for a total of four (4) children. I attended Unical Federal Nursery and Primary School Calabar, where I completed my studies and earned my first school leaving certificate. Following that, I went on to Hope and Love Christian Secondary School, where I received my WAEC (West African Examination Council) certificate, which ensured my admission to a university to study computer science, a field I am still pursuing.
WHILE PURSUING MY CAREER
I never gave up on my goal of becoming a forex trader while I was a computer science student in school, even though at the time it was said that having a good mentor was necessary to learn the market because I was not financially stable and had to purchase PDF files and watch YouTube tutorials to learn the fundamentals of trading. I was thrilled to share the small analysis of my chart on my Facebook page and WhatsApp status. Mr. Promise Bassey, a Nigerian, offered to teach me forex trading for a small sum that I could afford because I was passionate about it. I am now able to confidently analyse the market and place my orders at the appropriate LOCATION.
That is the screenshot i took after my analysis on Ger40, spotting a Supply zone where retracement has to push price back to the zone and we have a reversal which where banks and financial institution are interested on.
MY LIKES AND DISLIKES
During my academic session in school I delved in modelling as it was my passion. At some point, I contested and won the Mr SESA (Science Education Student Association) award in my College. Standing with me in this photograph is my Queen who also contested and won.
I enjoy reading and browsing the internet, I enjoy being around people who share positive ideas to broaden my knowledge and develop my cognitive domain, I love food—my friends call me a "foodie" because I can eat and make them feel less ashamed—and I enjoy classical music. I love honesty, and I hate dishonesty because I am more of a transparent person
I am playful, due to the type of training I obtained from my parents, I am a clean person, I love my house cleaned and well arranged.
HOW I GOT TO KNOW ABOUT HIVE AND WORDMAPPING
I got to know about hive.blog,@worldmapping,@leofinance etc from a friend which I love calling my "boss" @ezunjoshy. In addition to being a musician who studied at the University of Lagos (UNILAG), Nigeria, he is an artist at heart and believes that art is life and not just a piece of art. He is currently serving in Cross river state. His playful way of life drew me in, and when I saw his artistic drawings and writings, he had to introduce and mentor me into the Hive. My eyes were opened, and I fell in love with this platform. Thanks boss for your mentorship.
WHY I JOINED @WORLDMAPPING
When I joined worldmapping I was at first scared because I was not acquainted with the environment but in my little participation in commenting I was encourage by the replies I got from the community members. I live in a culturally diverse country with beautiful landscapes and I would love to share these sights with you. Do stay tuned.
