That's the thing with going on holidays (even though technically this wasn't), you have to force yourself to go out even if the weather is bad. No point paying to sit inside a hotel room.
Exactly! Hotels can be a good place to unwind but only if it's a luxurious one and you've been to the place often that you don't need to go out and explore.
