🥇 Castelo de Serpa - Baixo Alentejo / Riding Portugal by @onyfest

After a typical Alentejo lunch (accompanied by a beautiful Alentejo wine), which left us sleepier than expected, we decided to venture to the Serpa castle. The heat was suffocating, the kind of heat that seemed to make any movement heavier and slower. Walking to the castle, even if only a short distance away, seemed like a difficult task, and so we took advantage of every shadow we found on the way, to catch our breath and gain the courage and willingness to continue.

🥈 My Highest Peak Yet: A Day Hike at Mount Ulap, 1846 mASL Benguet 🇵🇭 by @travelingmercies

Philippines is known for its thousands of islands and pristine waters. But, it's also graced with peaks that are treat for those adventure hungry people (like me!) who would dare hours of trekking to see a beautiful view. What surprised me when I started this hobby of hiking mountain peaks is that, there are 511 peaks in the Philippines! And on one fine weekend, I was able to cross off one of the popular destinations for beginner and experienced hikers ⏤Mount Ulap.

🥉 Bolivar Square, Bogotá by @lunaticanto

Bogota's Bolivar Square is surrounded by several buildings of great political and social importance, these buildings are: the Cathedral of Colombia, the Palace of Justice, the National Capitol and the Mayor of Bogota. All with an exquisite history dating back to the nineteenth century since prior to this date, the space was intended for trade, was initially a market and meeting place during the colonial era, which calls my attention because today, besides being home to important buildings such as the Mayor's Office and the Palace of Justice, also hosts countless merchants who make a living selling food and local crafts to tourists.
