Undoubtedly Venezuela is a beautiful and blessed country, with numerous islands that adorn its coastline, offering magnificent landscapes full of activities, and maybe you think I say it just because I am part of that population, but many who visit our land fall in love with so much beauty that is in the landscapes of Venezuela, and this is the case of Cayo Sal, an island located in the Morrocoy National Park, which is located in the state of Falcon being a perfect destination for a quiet getaway to recharge your batteries, you would definitely want to be very close to the sea day and night and admire the sunrise and sunset, but in my case I only had the joy of spending a day, or rather part of the day that I certainly enjoyed to the fullest.

Sin duda Venezuela es un país hermoso y bendecido, con numerosas islas que adornan su costa, ofreciendo magníficos paisajes llenos de actividades, y quizás piensen que lo digo solo porque soy parte de esa población, pero muchos que visitan nuestra tierra se enamoran con tanta belleza que hay en los paisajes de Venezuela, y este es el caso de Cayo Sal, una isla que se encuentra en el Parque Nacional Morrocoy, el cual está ubicado en el estado Falcón siendo un destino perfecto para buscar una escapada tranquila para recargar energías, que sin duda quisieras estar muy cerca del mar día y noche y admirar el amanecer y el atardecer, pero en mi caso solo tuve la dicha de pasar un día, o mejor dicho parte del día que sin duda disfrute al máximo.
Leaving from Barinas it took us about 6 hours to get to the town of Chichiriviche and from there we were located at the pier to be transferred by boat to the island. The time will depend on the starting point of each person. Since you get to the place apart from the immensity of the sea you can see that it is full of palm trees being this for me a perfect feature of this beach and is that the palm trees help to provide shade and can cover a little strong sun on the island makes, plus the sound of how it collides with the breeze plus the sound of the sea creates the perfect environment, which I could walk around the island many times because it really is too relaxing to see the amount of palm trees all around the key. Walking around the place you enjoy how people are happy just to be there, one of the activities I saw the most was people playing volleyball.
Partiendo desde Barinas nos tomo en tiempo para llegar alrededor de 6 horas a la localidad de Chichiriviche y desde allí nos ubicaron en el embarcadero para ser trasladado en lancha hasta la isla. El tiempo dependerá de acuerdo al punto de partida de cada quien. Desde que llegas al lugar a parte de la inmensidad del mar se puede apreciar que está repleto de palmeras siendo esto para mí una características perfecta de esta playa y es que las palmeras ayudan a dar sombra pudiendo así cubrir un poco el sol fuerte que en la isla hace, además ese sonido de como choca con la brisa más el sonido del mar crea el ambiente perfecto, en cual pude caminar alrededor de la isla muchas veces porque realmente es demasiado relajante ver la cantidad de palmeras en todo alrededor del cayo. Caminando por el lugar disfrutas como la gente se alegra por el simple hecho de estar allí, una de las actividades que más vi fue la gente jugando voleibol.

Durante el camino se aprecian varios vendedores tantos caminantes como puestos y toldos establecidos alrededor de la playa ofreciendo cocadas y algunos platos típicos de esta zona. Cabe destacar el admirable arte que también se puede apreciar pues estos avisos son totalmente a mano, así que no pude evitar admirar cada uno de ellos, al igual de esos que advierten sobre la basura y el cuidado del cayo que también son hechos totalmente a mano, sin duda le dan mucha decoración a la playa.
The weather was perfect, there were times when the sun was strong and at other times the sky was completely cloudy, which is why some pictures are seen with the tone of the sky darker. As for the water is super warm and in some parts the waves were calm and gentle, almost not even felt, for others they used to feel a little more. But in one particular art if they were much bigger and stronger, you could hear them completely when they broke on the seashore, this last mentioned part was alone, apparently it is a site only to capture professional photographs and for experts in surfing.
El clima estaba perfecto había momentos en los que el sol estaba fuerte y en otras ocasiones se nublaba por completo el cielo, es por ello que algunas fotografías se ven con el tono del cielo más oscuro. En cuanto al agua es súper cálida y en algunas partes las olas eran tranquilas y suaves, casi que ni se sentían, para otras solían sentirse un poco más. Pero en una arte en particular si se veían mucho mas grandes y fuertes, se escuchaba completo cuando rompían en la orilla del mar, está ultima parte mencionada se encontraba sola al parecer es un sitio solo para capturar fotografías profesionales y para los expertos en surfear.
Visiting and getting to know Cayo Sal was an incredible experience, I was enchanted from its clear sand, the warm water, the impressive palm trees to the strong sunshine that characterizes these areas. Undoubtedly, the island of cayo sal is very beautiful.
Visitar y conocer Cayo Sal fue una experiencia increíble quedé encantada desde su arena clara, lo cálida del agua, las impresionantes palmeras hasta el fuerte rayo sol que se caracteriza en estas zonas. Sin duda la isla cayo sal es muy hermosa.
