Hola hermosa comunidad!! Como se encuentran el día de hoy?, espero que estén de lo mejor, que ya hayan comido y cepillado esos dientes. Hoy ya es el día #14 de "Blogging Challenge". En esta ocasión tocaremos un tema muy delicado y muy criticado actualmente tanto en mi país Venezuela, y mundialmente, pero solo me concentrare sobre el sistema de educación en Venezuela, dando mi punto de vista. Sin mas nada que decir es un honor que estén presentes es mi post queridos lectores, espero que el siguiente contenido sea de su agrado, sean bienvenidos.
Hello beautiful community! How are you today, I hope you are doing great, that you have already eaten and brushed those teeth. Today is already day #14 of "Blogging Challenge". This time we will touch a very delicate and very criticized topic in my country Venezuela, and worldwide, but I will only focus on the education system in Venezuela, giving my point of view. Without further ado, it is an honor that you are present in my post dear readers, I hope that the following content is to your liking, you are welcome.
Siendo hijo de una maestra profesional, fui espectador desde muy pequeño el gran cambio educativo que ha tenido mi país, desde recién nacido iba a Liceo donde trabajaba mi madre, estudie mitad de mi bachillerato, en ese primer Liceo, y la otra parte en otro.
Al pasar de los años me he dado cuenta de la escases de los maestros que hay en el país, y también la poca ética profesional que tienen algunos, muchos profesores faltaban a sus días de trabajos, algunos por simples escusas para no ir, y otros por razones que ya no son culpa de ellos.
Actualmente en mi país el salario mínimo del, Profesor, Maestro, Docente, son entre 5 a 6 Millones de Bs, el equivalente a 2$, es difícil entender que las personas que son los que enseñan a los próximos profesionales del País ganen una miseria, y no los culpo sí no asisten al trabajo, ya que haciendo otro trabajo pueden obtener mejores ingresos.
Pero también hay profesores como mi madre que aun asisten a su trabajo cuando le toca, y es algo de admirar, porque a pesar de la situación país, su salario, y la falta de mantenimiento de muchas infraestructuras escolares, van y cumplen su deber como profesional que es, enseñar.
Being the son of a professional teacher, I was a spectator from a very young age of the great educational change that my country has had, since I was born I went to high school where my mother worked, I studied half of my high school, in that first high school, and the other part in another one.
Over the years I have realized the shortage of teachers in the country, and also the low professional ethics that some have, many teachers missed their days of work, some for simple excuses for not going, and others for reasons that are no longer their fault.
Currently in my country the minimum salary of the Professor, Teacher, Teacher, Teacher, are between 5 to 6 Million Bs, the equivalent of $ 2, it is difficult to understand that people who are the ones who teach the next professionals of the country earn a pittance, and I do not blame them if they do not attend work, since doing other work can get better income.
But there are also teachers like my mother who still go to work when it is their turn, and it is something to admire, because despite the country's situation, their salary, and the lack of maintenance of many school infrastructures, they go and fulfill their duty as professionals, which is to teach.
Actualmente por la situación del Coronavirus, la mayoría de las instituciones presentan clases virtualmente, pero eso ha sido otro problema que ha presentado muchos estudiantes y compañeros, ya que si no es por que no tiene los equipos como, Computadora, Laptop, cámara, micrófono, o internet, no pueden participar, otra falla es el internet, y la luz, y aunque la propuesta de las clases virtuales fue un éxito, aquí en Venezuela para muchos ha sido difícil.
Lamentándolo mucho el nivel académico en Venezuela a bajado demasiado, y esto también por culpa de los mismo estudiantes que no se dedican, y esfuerzan para salir adelante por cuenta propia, aun así hay familias, y estudiantes que se le complica comprar estos equipos para las clases en linea. En mis ultimas clases virtuales que he tenido, a varios se le va la luz, o internet en medio de la clase, hasta a los profesores le ha pasado eso.
Aun así hay que seguir adelante y esforzamos para luchar por nuestro futuro, Venezuela es un país hermoso, y que yo como ciudadano hago lo posible para seguir adelante, recuerden que todo lo hable fue una simple opinión, y que como persona que ha experimentado todas esas situaciones tiene una base del tema.
Currently, due to the Coronavirus situation, most of the institutions present virtual classes, but that has been another problem that has presented many students and classmates, because if they do not have the equipment such as computer, laptop, camera, microphone, or internet, they cannot participate, another failure is the internet, and light, and although the proposal of virtual classes was a success, here in Venezuela for many it has been difficult.
Regrettably the academic level in Venezuela has dropped too much, and this is also because of the same students who are not dedicated, and strive to get ahead on their own, yet there are families and students that it is difficult to buy this equipment for online classes. In my last virtual classes that I have had, several of them have lost power or internet in the middle of the class, even the teachers have had this happen to them.
Even so we must move forward and strive to fight for our future, Venezuela is a beautiful country, and that I as a citizen do my best to move forward, remember that everything I said was a simple opinion, and that as a person who has experienced all these situations has a basis of the subject.

La educación formal y no formal es un desafío en esta época, la que exige cambios por muchas razones. Por sólo mencionar el campo tecno -científico que se introduce con mayor énfasis en la cotidianidad de quienes desean comodidad y calidad de vida, y que en nuestra Venezuela parece ser una utopía. Los retos ya para el docente "profesional" lamentablemente están quedando en la añoranza de un pasado donde era posible vivir con dignidad y por el que valía el esfuerzo y la dedicación. Hacia dónde vamos, creo que a la autoeducación, a ser autodidacta, a tener el espíritu del investigador; y a quien no le interese aprender con esfuerzo propio, ni modo, optara por trabajos donde no haya exigencia de conocimientos... pero, por ende que sociedad se está gestando... Si el profesional en la docencia no está bien, la educación no lo va a estar, y estaremos sujetos a la mediocridad de quienes creen que lo están haciendo bien! Sigue adelante con tu formación, con los aprendizajes que te permitirán hacer la diferencia! Bendiciones Infinitas en tu proyecto de vida!
