Hola comunidad ❤️ hoy les quiero compartir otro día de blogs en dónde les hablaré de dos polos opuestos el frío y el calor, ambos tan diferentes pero a la vez tan conectados, porque en un ambiente a altas temperaturas nos provoca algo fresco, mientras que en bajas temperaturas, algo caliente nos caería muy bien, así que aunque sea una decisión un poco complicada, responderé por el me me siento más identificada y acostumbrada.

Verse involucrado en temperaturas variables e inestables no es recomendable y menos si no estás físicamente adaptado a alguna de ellas, porque no sólo te puedes congestionar, sufrir lesiones superficiales, contraer una alergia grave incluso enfermarte seriamente en ambos, y como dicen nada en exceso es bueno porque tendría graves consecuencias.

Aunque suene raro mi clima siempre a sido caluroso con un ambiente tropical, con estaciones mayormente de temperaturas altas, principalmente porque vivo en una zona costera. A veces llegan las lluvias y las temperatura cambia, pero lo cotidiano siempre será sentir el sol brillando sobre mi. Claro que para esto nunca debo olvidar antes de salir da casa, usar mi protector solar, gorra, ropa ligera y por supuesto algo fresquito y bien frío para refrescar. Me inclino mas por el calor porque se lo que es vivir con él, las precauciones qué debo tener, lo que si y lo que no debo hacer y las actividades que puedo realizar si voy a salir o si me quedo en el patio casa. En cambio el frío es totalmente nuevo para mi y solo he sentido un poco lo que se siente cuando bajo la temperatura del aire acondicionado de mi cuarto.

Sometimes the rains come and the temperature changes, but the daily routine will always be to feel the sun shining on me. Of course, before leaving home, I must never forget to wear my sunscreen, hat, light clothes and of course something cool and cold to cool down. I lean more towards the heat because I know what it's like to live with it, the precautions I should take, what I should and shouldn't do and the activities I can do if I go out or if I stay in the backyard. On the other hand, the cold is totally new to me and I have only felt a little of what it feels like when I lower the temperature of the air conditioner in my room.
También se que es desagradable sentir mucha calor, entiendo que puede llegar a ser desesperante porque a veces (yo que soy de este tipo de clima) también me sucede. Y creo que eso explica el porque no tolero el frío durante mucho tiempo, me pongo a temblar como gelatina y siento como mis manos y pies se congelan poco a poco, así que puedo decir que me gusta el frío pero controlado, un ambiente fresco frente a la chimenea con guantes, chaqueta, medias y gorro tomando un delicioso chocolate caliente sería ideal...en caso de encontrarme en un lugar con temperaturas muy bajas, no podría desamparar el calor.
I also know that it is unpleasant to feel very hot, I understand that it can become desperate because sometimes (I who am from this type of climate) it also happens to me. And I think that explains why I can't tolerate the cold for a long time, I start shivering like jelly and feel how my hands and feet freeze little by little, so I can say that I like the cold but controlled, a cool environment in front of the fireplace with gloves, jacket, socks and hat drinking a delicious hot chocolate would be ideal...in case I find myself in a place with very low temperatures, I could not let go of the heat.

Excelente perspectiva a esta interrogante, realmente me identifico con los climas un poco caliente y poco frío, no me gusta en exceso ninguno de los dos. Me dio un poco de gracia cuando mencionaste tu reacción cuando estas en climas fríos fríos, sentí que me leí. Me pasa la mayoría del tiempo, no tolero mucho los climas a tan bajas temperaturas, llego a un punto que me enfermo, es terrible sinceramente. Y con esto del COVID-19 me agrada mucho tener un clima cálido casi todos los días.
