Mejor viaje de la vida. Al pensar en ello se me vienen a la mente un montón de elementos que lo harían el mejor viaje de todos. Entre ellos, ¿Sola o acompañada? ¿Pueblito o ciudad? ¿Bosque o playa? En fin, sería bastante extenso si me extiendo a enumerar cada interrogante, pero lo que si se, es que el mejor viaje de la vida o de mi vida comienza en mi país, Venezuela.

He tenido la oportunidad de conocer varios estados de Venezuela, entre ellos Trujillo, Nueva Esparta, Sucre, Cojedes, Portuguesa y Barinas; sin embargo, este ultimo me encantaría volver a visitarlo; dado que, la primera vez fue un viaje sumamente corto y prácticamente no visite muchos lugares. I have had the opportunity to visit several states of Venezuela, among them Trujillo, Nueva Esparta, Sucre, Cojedes, Portuguesa and Barinas; however, this last one I would love to visit again, since the first time was a very short trip and I practically did not visit many places. El segundo mejor viaje de la vida, es fuera de VENEZUELA, y en este caso, es poder visitar Brasil. Siendo además, uno de mis 5 objetivos que además, mencione en un post anterior Blogging challenge: Parte I- Día 8: 5 objetivos actuales/Blogging challenge: Part I- Day 8: 5 current goals.
Y se preguntaran por qué mi interés de ir a este país, en principio por sus paisajes y cultura; y en un segundo momento, por su gastronomía.

Cuando cursaba mis estudios universitarios, en la unidad curricular Cocina y Cultura Gastronómica, tuve la oportunidad de exponer sobre la gastronomía de Brasil, enamorándome de ella, mientras que en las prácticas de dicha clase, pudimos (profesora y compañeros) preparar el plato nacional de dicho país: Feijoada. Este consiste en un guiso de frijoles negros (en mi país le llamaríamos Caraotas), con carne de cerdo ahumada, arroz, harina de mandioca o yuca y naranja.
