I was working in the orthopedic ward of our city hospital. one of the toughest wards. the doctors nurses and orderlies numbered 40 people. the work was hard and responsible. the team was close-knit,which gave peace of mind to the stressful work of the workers. The Associate Chief of the ward did not allow this microclimate to be spoiled.He had a great authority as a doctor not only in our city,but in the country.This authority in some strange way was transmitted to all of us.He insisted on discipline,and that the work be done precisely as if by the book.
Every month a nurse was voted out,who had worked without mistakes during the month.Depending on how many times you were voted out as such,an exemplary nurse of the year was voted out.I have been awarded this prize several times.The last time I gave it to my new colleague,who put a lot of effort into her work.I wanted her to be noticed and appreciated properly. This gesture of mine was appreciated by everyone and filled with a lot of emotion.I felt a moment of pride in my deed.
A person expresses himself according to his intellect and inner feeling.Pride is not a trait of my character.For me it is important to be a good person with dignity.To do good deeds that others around you notice.

En diferentes momentos de nuestra vida, todos hemos tenido más de un momento emocionante en el que hemos sentido la emoción de alguno de nuestros logros personales.Los logros para todos pueden ser de diferente naturaleza.Diferentes situaciones, diferentes momentos que llegan con el tiempo, los experimentamos y quedan en nuestro pasado.
Algunos de estos momentos se recuerdan, y la mayoría pasan y hasta los olvidamos. Estos momentos para mí están relacionados con mi profesión de trabajador médico. no soy el tipo de persona que presume de sus éxitos. la razón puede ser que los considero un trabajo bien hecho. aquí está uno de esos momentos que recuerdo.
Yo trabajaba en la sala de ortopedia de nuestro hospital municipal. una de las salas más duras. los médicos, las enfermeras y los camilleros eran 40 personas. el trabajo era duro y responsable. el equipo estaba muy unido, lo que daba tranquilidad al extenuante trabajo de los trabajadores. El subdirector de la sala no permitió que se estropeara este microclima. tenía una gran autoridad como médico no sólo en nuestra ciudad sino también en el país. esta autoridad se transmitió de alguna extraña manera a todos nosotros. insistió en la disciplina y en que el trabajo se hiciera exactamente como en el libro de texto.
Cada mes se votaba a la enfermera que había trabajado sin errores durante el mes. dependiendo de cuántas veces se te votara como tal, se te elegía como enfermera ejemplar del año. me concedieron este premio varias veces. la última vez se lo di a mi nueva compañera que se esforzaba mucho en su trabajo. quería que se notara y se apreciara como es debido. Este gesto mío fue apreciado por todos y me llenó de muchas emociones. Sentí un momento de orgullo por mi acción.
Una persona se expresa según su intelecto y su sentimiento interior.El orgullo no es un rasgo de mi carácter.Para mí es importante ser una buena persona con dignidad.Hacer buenas acciones que los demás noten.
