Stress is one thing that I can manage very effectively. While many people have their different ways of getting rid of stress, especially after a day's work, I have to be honest, I know of only two ways to deal with stress. At least, these are the very two that work best for me.
First, when I feel stressed out, I just go to sleep. Yea, many of us might not even find this much of a point as it seems like people are bound to go into sleep when they are stressed. But do you also know that one of the side effects of too much stress is the inability to sleep? Yea, it is. So I will proudly say I do sleep when I feel stressed.
Although, true that there are times I try to fall to sleep but I do find it difficult. In such awkward moments, I find myself doing some exercise, which on its own Is a great way of relieving stress and falling asleep afterwards.
Lastly, and my best of them all, I just step into the sunlight if the weather is cold and lay somewhere with earphones in my ears listening to soul music. I do the vice versa of going to a place warm or slightly cold if the weather is hot. In process of listening to these beautiful music that gives me inspirations most of the time, I sometimes fall into deep sleep. Not always though, it happens in rare cases. Sometimes, it depends on the level of tiredness I had felt that moment.
And with that, or should I say with those up there, I manage stress effectively.
