Hola hermosa comunidad de peadk, espero hoy tengan excelente vibras y estén llenos de salud, Me gusta mucho esta pregunta correspondiente al día 3 de este maravilloso reto porque aunque es sencilla, para mi esta frase me ha ayudado a alcanzar propósitos en mi vida.
I learned this phrase in college, during a practice in the subject (Formation of continuous improvement teams) where they showed us a video of Yokoi Kenji which using the reference of the myths and truths about Japan gives us a good class on the customs or habits that we must improve to achieve success and one of them said:
Esta frase la aprendí en la universidad, durante una práctica en la materia (Formación de equipos de mejoramiento continuo) donde nos mostraban un video de Yokoi Kenji el cual usando la referencia de los mitos y verdades sobre Japón nos da una buena clase sobre las costumbres o hábitos que debemos mejorar que alcanzar el éxito y uno de ellos decía:
[ENG] "DISCIPLINE WILL SOONER OR LATER OVERCOME INTELLIGENCE..."
When interpreting this phrase, the position he had changed, because he continued commenting in his speech: "The Japanese are not interested in being intelligent, but disciplined, because it is in discipline where, according to them, success lies."
Al interpretar esta frase la postura que tenia cambio, porque continúa comentado en su discurso : "A los japoneses no les interesa ser inteligentes, sino disciplinados porque es en la disciplina donde según ellos está el éxito."
We Venezuelans have phrases to justify indiscipline such as, for example, arriving late: Good things come to those who wait Or the classic... there was no transportation!.
Nosotros lo venezolanos tenemos más bien frases para justificar la indisciplina de como por ejemplo, llegar tarde: Lo bueno se hace esperar O la clásica... no había transporte!.

Esa también es de mis frases favoritas y es muy cierto. Por más talento o habilidades que podamos tener, si no somos disciplinados, constantes y trabajamos duro nunca llegaremos a nuestro máximo potencial.
