Greetings, for this type of race you must not only have a mental preparation, but also a physical one to prepare and train and be able to improve the time in the 21 km. I'm telling you from experience as a runner from a few years ago, greetings.

True, it needs alot of training and consistency to improve the time.

And I remember you wrote a post on how you got to improve your time by also training on a hill. I will have to work on that too to improve my indurance.
