Hello everyone, its a time to make people smile and laugh out there sorrow again and i will share a moment while i got an offering for my HND program at Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH) so i was so glad of having the admission after waiting so long to secure an admission for Higher National Diploma (HND).
But i dont have any place to stay in lagos but i have a friend who stay in lagos with his parents so i decided to join him so i can just have somewhere to sleep after class but they live too far from the campus and i need to spend over #2000 for my transportation to the campus and coming back from the campus.
So this makes me to always have a schedule and plans for myself since i was offer someone staying in there compound who stay so close to the campus and i will just spend less when he dropped me off from his work, but the funniest part is that he always go to work as early as 5am in the morning just to overcome the lagos traffic 🚦.
This has been so helpful to me, and when he dropped me off i only spend just like #200 to reach the school campus, and there was a day that i will bever forget although its funny but that very moment i was disstabilised because whenever i want to leave for campus i always budget atleast #2000 in my wallet so i can have something to eat while in campus as well.
But this very day i withdraw all money in my bank account and have them in my wallet because i need to come back home that very day to see my family and i have nothing left in my bank account again, so after the man dropped me off at his work i board a bus highlighting to my campus.
So while in the bus i was so tired due to the stress and unable to have a good night rest, since i will be thinking of waking ip as early as possible to meet up with the man but normally i mostly have some rest while in his car but this day i was totally awake while in his car and when i now board a bus highlighting to the campus, this is when this sleep 💤 comes and you cant cheat the nature no matter how you try to cheat the nature it will surely overcome you.
So in the transport bus, i eventually doze off and the next thing I'm hearing is that "laspo gate! Laspo gate!!", and that was what wake me up, i told the conductor of the bus that I'm dropping off here, so if you've been to lagos before youll understand how you will be rushed to get of the bus especially at that very early of the day.
So i place my wallet at my back pocket, so when i got down of the bus i dont quickly check my pocket but i dont know what makes me check my pocket and i realised something is missing and that's when i noticed my wallet is missing and there's a particular guy that we dropped together from the bus, and when i noticed i dont see my wallet, I'm been confused, so that's when the guy told me your wallet is in the bus.
As i hear that statement i don't even know where the strength of pursuing a bus come from, lol 😂, me that i was always like i can't run, i can't run, that day i run and catch up with the bus and i turn myself to a mini rugged guy that day lol 😂, banging the bus stop this bus now and everybody was like whats happening but the conductor of the bus was like "this is your wallet jhooor omo ase", meaning "This is your wallet the dull one" and the first thing is that i checked my money and i find it there but the funniest part is that if i don't remember immediately the wallet is been picked from me by the conductor of the bus and my money will be gone.
Thats why i said if you're not wise in Lagos city 🌆, they will teach you how to be wise.
