They're a teachers who no nothing but claim to teach big subjects, and speak a lot of grammar. We know those who'll come into classroom without writing anything on the chalkboard. We know those who student will ask questions during their lesson instead of them to answer the question by a student they'll turn back to entire class that the question is a take home assignments. We know those teachers who'll enter class to teach they'll end up telling you stories when they used to make best results as a student. We know those teachers who all the time embarrasses background of her student.
Where did your teacher fall in?
Teachers get big problems while because many of them are not called to teach but lack of job to practice their profession will push them into teaching.
Trust students when they're ready to plan for any good or bad act. We had a teacher who all time flog hell out of me and entire class. We kept an eye to the teacher. We found out that ever since the teacher was introduced to us for teaching she has not been able to write on the chalkboard or read from her text book.
What our teacher do anytime she enters our class to teach is to introduce subjects for that day, call most intelligent student among us to read from textbook, and throw questions and answers to class. Our teachers behavior keep irritating us to level we have to report her to head of school. After reporting her to head of school nothing was done to correct her method of teaching rather her actions towards us becomes worst as her flogging with koboko increased.
Worst we get from head of school concerning our teacher was him called all student attending the school with a warning that we have to comply with teachers methods of teachings in the school. All student shouted with low voice.
On our way to classroom from hearing from head of school, we students were in different groups trying to find solutions ourselves.
One day, teacher flogged hell out of us because no one was ready to answer questions coming from a fellow student. Next day, we hosted a brief meeting among we students before arrival of the teacher. From meeting we hosted, we agreed to stop those who do read textbooks, write on chalkboard, ask and answers questions from class for the teacher.
Before the teacher will enter class to teach, we sent for our head of school to come witness with his eyes. As the teacher enters our class we greeted her with joy and happiness from our heart. She was wondering why we all were happy. She then asked us her previous topic, we answered.
Our teacher introduced topic of the day, write it on chalkboard, bring out textbook and read to hearing of class. Worst to us, teacher asked us questions concerning her topics and we answered. We then asked the teacher question to see if she'll fail but she answered all correctly.
We were in a big problem because all our plan turned back to us.

You are right, most of the teachers are not teaching because, teaching was their profession, but they find themselves in the classroom, and this is one reason why, teacher's mode of assessment in the classroom are not the same.
Most have been pushed to the mall to carry out different assignments than what they studied to practice in field. Hardship and lack of job opportunities maybe the case.
