Christmas Joy
It is another new week again and am happy because you happy. Happiness is a choice and not a choice, there is this man I saw, due he looks old but still looks young and what drew my attention to him was the way he smiles and it dawn on me that the more you smile the younger and healthier you look.
When growing up as a child, Christmas has always remain a day we look forward to. We just can't wait to wear the new clothes our parents bought for us, eat rice and meat move round tasking people for money like task collectors in the name of 'happy christmas'.
Why are looking at me as if what am saying is not what you have done before? You! yes you but sorry to those who have not pass through such an experience. Ahhh you just missed the Christmas fun as a child 😂😂
Christmas is a time where Christians celebrate the birth of Jesus. His birth is accompanied by some series of stories like how his mother conceived him from the Holy Spirit through an angel by name Gabriel, where he was born, the strange star that appeared to the shepherd tending their sheeps, the killing of children from two years below by king Herod and so on.
What a mysterious child but He is the King of kings, the Lord of lords, the first born child of many brethren, the captain of our ship, the anchor of our faith. Let me pulse here and ask you a question. "Can you oh have you seen someone who has completed destiny within his/her thirty-three years of existence?" But there is this one man whom I have seen did that.
When I was still in high school, as long as December is approaching the noise of Christmas has starts ringing in our ears. One funny thing is that at that time we can't tell which day is the first day of month because at that time we don't know anything about the calendar but there is this shop that will always tell us that we are in December ooo with Christmas jingles.
It is a season of love. Love 🙄 yes LOVE. Hope you are are not thinking about what goes on between a boy and a girl or a man and a woman. By the way what is this love and what is it?
Love is a strong emotional feeling towards a person or thing. It is also seen as the assistance rendered to someone. But love is not funication, it is not lying to one another but it patient, kind, it forgives offences.
