wait a minute they were shouting the award should be collected back for what..?😀😀
Was there an arrangement that after winning the award he must remit a particular amount of money to the department..?😂😂
I hope they didn't collect that award from that guy😂

    They where launching a book so the school we ask them to drop any a-mouth they can afford 😂and yes they didn’t collect the award.

    Everything was a joke😂
