We were going to leave on Thursday, but due to the emergency and other things we have to attend to, it was postponed to Friday, I felt so happy when we boarded the plane and left, it was like I was on top of the world, flying like a bird and seeing the wonders of the earth in a small piece, the oceans and the trees seem so small but they were still tall and big.
When we arrived in the Caribbean and the first thing we did was go to the beach and see for ourselves what life on the beach is made of, really the feelings were different from what we used to have here, Mike shouted "wow" that he feels alive again, I smiled and put on my headphones, walking like a hippo, face down but at the same time looking around.
I couldn't wait any longer to try the food in the Caribbean, I told Mike that we should look for a restaurant in the surroundings and feed ourselves with the delicious foods of this city, Mike agreed and we set off, there was a restaurant that I found so familiar I've been there before, I told Mike we should go in there and eat until we're full, inside the restaurant it was amazing, I shake my head and tap on Mike, they have all the food here that I'd like to try.
we go through the menu and place our order, it was a delicious meal, I ate and had a good wine, after we finished eating we went to the tourist center to feed our eyes with beautiful items that we could find there and it all made me feel awesome and then I listened an alarm clock.
That bothered my ears so much, I immediately woke up, saw myself in my room, ouch! Nope! I realized that I was dreaming, I wish it was real, I get out of bed and ask GOD to protect me and guide my path during the day, I went out and saw my niece playing with the dog in the field. besides our apartment.
I was awake but I still felt like the one in the dream in the Caribbean, I went in and asked mom, are we still in the Caribbean or is something wrong with me, she was not only laughing at me, she also told me that she is not in a position to laugh at funny questions.
When Mike visited me later in the day, I told him how we both traveled to the Caribbean, the dishes we ate, the things we saw at the resort and the beach life we had, he was laughing at me too, as if I'm going crazy, he asked if I've been treated for malaria recently, maybe it's malaria that's giving me nightmares of where I haven't been before.
I'm at the pharmacy now, about to buy malaria pills, they seem to be right, malaria can really make someone trip in their sleep.

I want it to come to be true, it was great in there but it was just a dream at the end.
