Im Garten werden schon die ersten Beeren reif und die wollte ich heute in den Smoothie mit reintun.
The first berries are already ripening in the garden and I wanted to add them to the smoothie today.
Die gewaschenen Früchte, die gewaschenen Beeren, ein paar Kürbiskerne, ein paar Mandeln, ein Achtel Teelöffel Flohsamenschalen und ein paar Tropfen Hanföl sind im Smoothiegefäß vom Smoothiemaker drin, jetzt wird püriert :)
The washed fruit, the washed berries, a few pumpkin seeds, a few almonds, an eighth of a teaspoon of psyllium husks and a few drops of hemp oil are in the smoothie container of the smoothie maker, now it's time to puree :)
Jetzt habe ich püriert und die Zitrone vergessen, wieso fällt mir das jetzt erst ein 🙄

Normal macht das nichts, ich tue einfach nochmal die Zitrone mit rein, aber jetzt ist diese nicht im Anfangsbild, also muss ich das jetzt sagen, weil die Säure von der Zitrone den Geschmack vom Smoothie verbessert, so finde ich.
Normally it doesn't matter, I just put the lemon in again, but now it's not in the initial picture, so I have to say that now because the acid from the lemon improves the taste of the smoothie, I think.
Jetzt denke ich dran, ich habe im Kühlschrank noch einen Limettensaft, den nehme ich jetzt.

Möchtest du ihn gleich trinken? Tue das nicht, wenn du dir viel Arbeit und Zeit sparen willst. Tue zuerst spontan das Smoothiegefäß vom Smoothiemaker mit Wasser abspülen, weil jetzt geht es ganz leicht einfach nur mit Wasser sauber, später haften die Reste vom Smoothie dran und lassen sich nur schwer reinigen.

Danke, themyscira :)) Das freut mich total, dass du ihn lecker findest :) Den Post habe ich mitten in der Nacht gemacht, wenn ich schon sage, dass ich einen Smoothiepost mache 😆 Ich mag immer den Geschmack von Erdbeeren gern und die Johannisbeeren haben auch total gut geschmeckt :)
Voll super, dass dich das so animiert hat.
Hau dir schön die Vitamine rein, damit du auch schnell wieder Fit wirst.
Dein Smoothie wird himmlisch schmecken, die Kombination klingt schon so.
Mir gefallen die Früchte auch sehr gut.

Hallo beeber, vielen Dank :)) Ich habe gar nichts mehr von mir hören lassen. Das freut mich total, dass ich dich auf die Idee gebracht habe, dass man Nüsse auch in den Smoothie tun kann. Ich habe mal ein Video von einer Hautärztin gesehen, die gesagt hat, dass man mit einer Hand voll Nüsse 10 Jahre länger lebt. Man kann auch Hanfsamen, Chiasamen, Leinsamen, Spinat, Löwenzahn, Brennnessel, Leinöl, Sonnenblumenkerne in den Smoothie reintun :)
