One my favorite things I have grilled so far. Turned out awesome except for the skin which could have been more crispy, simply brushed with soy sauce and rice vinegar a few times throughout cooking and seasoned before for a little.
One thought I had for next time was to "velvet" the skin using baking soda to help it crisp up better, but I would still want to baste it so timing would be key there for everything to work out right.
