Have to separate the powers/abilities from the character. Like, just because you can heal and fight well doesn't mean you have to be the grumpy character Wolverine is. And just because you stick to walls doesn't make you Spider-Man. It is the personality on these characters that really make them who they are I think.
As for the powers... it would probably come down to the healing/immortality of Wolverine vs the strength/agility but mostly the spidey sense of Spider-Man. Knowing when danger is coming would be awesome and having all that strength and agility would also be awesome.
But in the end I'd probably pick Wolverine's abilities. Practically unkillable and immortal. Would be nice.
