I wanted to take the opportunity in this #Top5Challenge brought to us by our good friends from @laradio to tell you a little bit about my vision of spring and show you how it's lived in Caracas.
Persefone
Cuando comencé a practicar magia ritual, estaba en la búsqueda de mi nombre, un día me llegó Persefone
Revisando mis apuntes y buscando en distintas fuentes me encajó.. este año terminé de comprender lo que tenía que ver Perséfone conmigo.
Cada año desde hace aproximadamente 10 años, pasado Septiembre ocurren cosas en mi vida que me llevan al inframundo.
Cercano a Marzo llega la comprensión de esos procesos, mi cuerpo y mi alma se recuperan y vuelve la luz.
Este último año no fue la excepción.

Persephone
When I started practicing ritual magic, I was in search of my name, one day it came to me Persephone.
Reviewing my notes and searching in different sources it fit me... this year I finished understanding what Persephone had to do with me.
Every year since about 10 years ago, after September things happen in my life that take me to the underworld.
Near March comes the understanding of those processes, my body and soul recover and the light returns.
This last year was no exception.

Primavera
Hacernos conscientes de nuestros ciclos nos ayuda a reconocer los momentos más propicios para desarrollar unas u otras actividades, es algo que recomiendo a mis clientes.
Yo estoy alineada con el ciclo natural, pero tu puedes tener tu propio ritmo, es cuestión de comprenderlo y comiences a utilizarlo a tu favor.
Este es momento de florecer, de sembrar intenciones y con el #VenusStarPoint es reconocer tu deseo profundo, eso que mueve tu esencia para verlo germinar y dar frutos en este nuevo ciclo.
Spring
Becoming aware of our cycles helps us to recognize the most propitious moments to develop one or other activities, it is something I recommend to my clients.
I am aligned with the natural cycle, but you can have your own rhythm, it is a matter of understanding it and start using it to your advantage.
This is the time to bloom, to sow intentions and with the #VenusStarPoint is to recognize your deep desire, that which moves your essence to see it germinate and bear fruit in this new cycle.
Observación
Viendo que se venía una radicalización del confinamiento en Caracas por un repunte en los casos de COVID, quise ir a la Diosa a ofrendar un poco de amor, hacerle una visita a la madre en busca de consuelo y una recarga de energía.
Caminar descalzos en la grama, cerrar los ojos y contarle a Pachamama eso que te está doliendo, el consuelo es casi inmediato.
Observar como con la lluvia todo vuelve a reverdecer, a brotar capullos, a cantar pajaritos, es reconocer también ese renacer interno, porque todo pasa, bueno o malo todo siempre pasa, así que esta cuarentena es también solo cuestión de tiempo.
La fotografía no es mi fuerte, las pocas fotos que tomé en mi distraído paseo no hacen real justicia a la danza de colores que pude observar en el Parque del Este este domingo de #Equinoccio, igual se las ofrezco con mucho cariño.
Observation
Seeing that there was a radicalization of the confinement in Caracas due to an increase in cases of COVID, I wanted to go to the Goddess to offer a little love, pay a visit to the mother in search of comfort and energy recharge.
Walking barefoot in the grass, closing your eyes and telling Pachamama what is hurting you, the comfort is almost immediate.
To observe how with the rain everything becomes green again, to sprout buds, to sing birds, is also to recognize that inner rebirth, because everything passes, good or bad, everything always passes, so this quarantine is also just a matter of time.
Photography is not my forte, the few photos I took on my distracted walk do not do real justice to the dance of colors that I could observe in the Parque del Este this #Equinoccio Sunday, but I offer them to you with lots of love.
Belleza Natural
Este parque y yo tenemos desde mi niñez una conexión especial, por eso visitar a la madre aquí es siempre volver a momentos gratos, tan reconfortantes en estos días donde se cierne una oscuridad invisible pero sentida sobre nuestras cabezas. La madre en su florecer nos recuerda, que donde hay amor no puede existir el miedo, que somos salud perfecta, un chispa de la creación.
Natural Beauty
This park and I have since my childhood a special connection, that is why visiting the mother here is always returning to pleasant moments, so comforting in these days where an invisible but felt darkness hovers over our heads. The mother in her bloom reminds us, that where there is love there can be no fear, that we are perfect health, a spark of creation.
Caracas and I have a serious relationship, (Carrie Bradshaw would say about her relationship with NYC) hahahaha, the followers of Sex and the City will understand.
This country has a thousand contrasts and one of the ones I like the most is to enter this haven of tranquility, breathing here, feeling the humid breeze of this artificial water mirror is the closest I'll be to something like the beach in a long time...
So I dedicated myself to enjoy the view and the silence, at the end of the day, life is made of moments.
A daily decision, a constant awareness. It's not easy, I don't always succeed, but I always always.... I ALWAYS try to do it
