Very awesome. I haven't done any night fishing in a long time. I was a kid and we stayed out on my grandpa's pontoon on one of the inland lakes here. We hadn't caught anything all night and then right before we were going to come in, I caught a really nice Walleye. Probably the nicest fish I have ever caught.

Miss walleye fishing up north, was the main game my family went for and have several memories of my grandpa involving those.
Very cool. The lake where I caught that fish is gone now. It was part of a dammed river and the dams broke during a flood several years ago. They are still working on restoring them. We lost three or four lakes after the flood. Hopefully one day people can walleye fish there again.
Oh wow that's nuts. My fav memories are camping trips to Canada in the summers. We'd catch several pike - northern and musky - but they were always boney. The walleye though, so good.
Indeed. Walleye are fun to catch. When it comes to eating I prefer perch and whitefish, but I've had some good walleye in my life too!
