I mostly have. I'm down to about a cigarette a day in normal times. I always relapse when my wife leaves. I am really eager to get out of even that one smoke a day zone but my brain gets wrecked when I don't get it - I can't understand it.

Sort:  

Heroin in the paper.
Not alot, just enough to make quitting tough.
There were congressional hearings in the 70's that brought that out.
It took over a year for the cravings to subside after I smoked my last one.

Jesus - it's something - that's for sure. Getting from 1 to 0 feels harder than getting from 40 to 1.
