Maybe he apologized for all of it, and he has since changed his mind as to Russian Soldiers, maybe he thinks that they are men, with families and loved ones, who might not want to be there even, maybe he isn't saying sorry just so he can save face in front of the rest of the world, maybe, he means it, and didn't mean anything about the very specific order. For some reason, I doubt he just said, I apologize for my comments, and not address the implications of his alleged "very specific order to castrate".

IF it happened like that, I'd guess no amount of apologizing would suffice to me.
Vigilante justice does have its place, imo.
I think we should drop the people most responsible for sending troops to iraq in the middle of baghdad and let them sort it out in the streets.
I'm in on that.
Some things cross over my personal line, and that would be one of them, for sure.
I'd suggest any victims be given a free hand in the punishments.
