I like cooked pineapple like the Brazilians make it barbecued with cinnamon. It's a digestive served on their all-you-can-eat barbecue buffet thing. I haven't tried in pizza nor in any of the Mexican dishes.
Life sucks. We have a pretty crazy idea about Europe just as they have a crazy idea of the life in LATAM. We are both wrong about it all. I hope you find some respite of your situation. It must the one of the hardest things to live through.
I love cinnamon but trust me I tried my best to like pineapples in food but I can't eat them in food. I am a spice girl and for me, pineapple is the only just fruit that I love to eat as a fruit... Probably, this is all about taste, for example, many people don't like mushrooms at all...

I bet. Guess it's like my thing with some kinds of cheese. It's all about trastes and textures. And well, I don't understand people who do not like mushrooms except for those who can't digest then properly. 😅
