Today I read not the best news: the appointment of a new commander-in-chief for the war in Ukraine and the supply of weapons to Russia from Iraq.
The new commander of the Russian troops will be Alexander Dvornikov, also known as the "Syrian butcher".
He has about 10,000 air bombs dropped on Syria, which have turned Syrian cities into a mound of stone and concrete.
According to the ruthless bombing of Kramatorsk railway station, it can be assumed that the "Syrian butcher" took up his duties with the aim of brutally and chaotically destroying everything in its path.
Today, it is unknown how far Dvornikov can go by "liberating" Ukrainian cities and at the same time leveling them to the ground.
Honestly, I even wonder how cynically and brutally Russia is destroying big Ukrainian cities (Kharkiv, Kyiv, Odesa, Mariupol), which have been under construction and restoration for years.
Even before the war, I told my acquaintances that I was most afraid of devastating air strikes on cities, and I was told that this was an almost unrealistic scenario of modern warfare and would not happen.
As it turned out, everything could be much worse than the most pessimistic scenario of each of us could have imagined.

That scenario must be prevented by sending Ukraine sophisticated air defense systems and training Ukrainian users and logistics people to operate them. Mordor has only so many functioning aircraft it can afford to lose. May Bald Sauron go to his bunker and off himself as soon as possible.
