Meditation is an extremely powerful form of healing and maintaining your mental health.

Sending prayers for peace to come your way.

It is my prayer that the entire world will stand against this aggression and insure Peace.

What this has really shown me is that in this day and age we need to find a different way to resolve our conflicts rather than planetary nuclear war.

And I'm saying blessings to the heroes of this conflict which is the common people.
