Сьогодні третій день, як я почав вирощувати гриби.
Експеримент з грибами вирішив почати, бо ситуація складна з їжею чекає усіх нас в Україні через війну. Грошей заробити зараз не просто, а особливо коли твої професії не конкретно спроможні у час війни. Ця коробка стоїть у моїй ванній кімнаті. Їй треба у теплому та вологому кліматі у тому пакеті розвинути грибну родину з міцелію у компості. Компост виявляється має бути продезінфікований, щоб гриби не хворіли. У тому пакеті вони мають розвиватися, щоб туди не потрапляли шкідники та хвороби. Я вже писав раніше, що чекати треба 15-30 днів для заселення грибовою системою цього компосту.
В середині пакунка має бути біла така плівка на компості. Наразі білим бачу випаровування води, конденсат на плівці. Але розгледіти важко щось там.
Ті дірочки мають бути, щоб потрапляв кисень до грибів.

Today is the third day I started growing mushrooms.
I decided to start an experiment with mushrooms, because the situation with food is difficult for all of us in Ukraine because of the war. It is not easy to earn money now, especially when your professions are not particularly capable during the war. This box is in my bathroom. In a warm and humid climate, it needs to develop a mushroom family with mycelium in compost in that package. It turns out that the compost must be disinfected so that the mushrooms do not get sick. In that package, they must develop so that pests and diseases do not get there. I wrote earlier that you need to wait 15-30 days for the fungal system to settle this compost.
In the middle of the package should be a white film on the compost. Now I see white evaporation of water, condensation on the film. But it's hard to see anything there.
Those holes need to be in order for oxygen to get to the mushrooms.
