Пуллер народився в Чернігові в серпні 2012 року завдяки зустрічі трьох людей: кінолога-спортсмена Варвари Петренко, кінолога і винахідника тренувального снаряда пуллер Сергія Шкота і представника компанії COLLAR Юрія Синиці.
