Сомельє підготував 6 зразків вина (3 білого і 3 червоного).
Раніше такі дегустації я уявляла з завʼязаними очима, але все простіше - необхідно просто закрити пляшки.🤣
Несподівано для себе я визначила два вида білого вина( і сорт, і країну) з трьох зразків.🤘
З червоним все не так радісно, тільки одну країну вгадала випадково. Можливо це тому, що червоне я практично не пʼю.
У супроводі червоного вина я насолоджувалася смачною качкою та картопляним пюре з трюфелем в фуа-гра.
Наприкінці вечора переможний приз я не отримала, але пляшечка рожевого в подарунок є.🫶
Отримала яскраві враження і нові емоції від дегустації наосліп. Це цікавий досвід.
We visited an interesting tasting, the task of which was to guess the grape variety and the country of origin of the wine while evaluating the taste and aroma.
The sommelier prepared 6 samples of wine (3 white and 3 red).
Previously, I imagined such tastings blindfolded, but everything is simpler - you just need to close the bottles.
Unexpectedly, I identified two types of white wine (both variety and country) from three samples.
Everything is not so happy with red, only one country was guessed by chance. Maybe it's because I hardly ever drink red.
Accompanied by red wine, I enjoyed delicious duck and truffle mashed potatoes in foie gras.
At the end of the evening, I didn't get the winning prize, but I got a bottle of rosé as a gift.
I received bright impressions and new emotions from the blind tasting. It's an interesting experience.
