Roses were first grown in ancient Rome, although the main purpose of the gardens of that time was the cultivation of useful plants (fruit, vegetables, spices and medicinal), but in the works of ancient Roman writers there is a description of about 10 varieties of roses.

Family species grow in the subtropics and temperate regions of Eurasia and North America.
Peonies prefer well-lit and sun-heated areas, although they can tolerate slight shading in the middle of the day.
The best time for planting peonies is August-September.
Peonies are propagated by dividing the bushes, but if you need to get a lot of plants of your kind, you can propagate by layering, stem and root cuttings. The most reliable way is the reproduction by the kidneys with pieces of rhizome. In each part of the rhizome must be at least 2-3 kidneys.

By the way, my grandfather had all these kinds of flowers in the country, and since there is no Internet (Wi-Fi), I couldn't post posts and tell them a little bit more in detail. First we arrived laid out things and did nothing else for the day.The second day we went to the beach and I got a little sunburn and in the evening that same day my mother and I laid out pillows and a blanket and lay on the grass. The third day was the same as the second and all, and on the fourth day we got up at five in the morning and went to Kiev.
