When called upon to provide any evidence to back up their demonstrably batshit claims, these same creatures inevitably fall back on Russian-origin slurs against the same civilian population they just claimed Russia was liberating, like "Banderites" and "Ukro-Nazis," no matter how many times it is conclusively proven that there are no Nazis in Ukraine,(3) and more than 25 million in Russia.(4)So, it is quite common for Russian assets in the West, such as @valued-customer and his lover, @vp-freelance, to portray Russia as some sort of victim, reluctantly defending itself against some sort of imaginary aggression. For this reason, the civilized world is fortunate that Dmitry Medvedev, the ex-boyfriend and former sock-puppet president of war-criminal Vladimir Voldemortovich Putana, is such an incurable alcoholic. He can always be counted on, at least after a few liters of vodka, to say on social media what the rest of the Muscovy Genghizid regime only says amongst themselves, thus gutting the Kremlin's narrative and exposing Russia's ongoing genocide for exactly what the Kremlin's Western supporters already know it to be. Such was the case with one of his drunken tweets this past January, wherein he not only confessed that Russia's goal in Ukraine is, in fact, nothing short of genocide, but laid out his "reasoning," if you want to call it that, for why he finds that acceptable.(5)
I've included here both the original Russian (at least I think that's what language he was aiming for... it's hard to tell through all the mistakes) and an English translation. It's already a foregone conclusion that Russian sympathizers will deny Medvedev ever said this, so I've included a link to the original post, and in case he eventually sobers up long enough to realize how incriminating it is for his nation and takes it down, I've used a screenshot of it as the cover image for this article. Before I enclose the text in its original po-Vodkaiskii, I'd like to thank Timofey Vorobyov for the translation from Drunken Russian into English.

Але є хороші новини для цивілізованого світу. Дмитро Медведєв (колишній бойфренд і колишній маріонетка-президент військового злочинця Владимир Волдемортович Путана) – невиліковний алкоголік. Существование Украины смертельно опасно для украинцев. И я имею в виду отнюдь не только нынешнее государство, бандеровский политический режим. Я говорю о любой, совершенно любой Украине.
Почему?
Наличие самостоятельного государства на исторических российских территориях теперь будет постоянным поводом для возобновления военных действий. Поздно. Кто бы ни стоял у руля ракового новообразования под именем Украина, это не добавит легитимности его правлению и правовой состоятельности самой «стране». А, стало быть, вероятность новой схватки будет сохраняться неопределённо долго. Практически всегда. Более того, существует стопроцентная вероятность нового конфликта, какие бы бумажки о безопасности ни подписывал Запад с марионеточным киевским режимом. Его не предотвратит ни ассоциация Украины с ЕС, ни даже вступление этой искусственной страны в НАТО. Это может произойти и через десять, и через пятьдесят лет.
Именно поэтому существование Украины и фатально для украинцев. Они практичные люди в конечном счёте. Как бы они сейчас и не желали смерти русским. Как бы они ни ненавидели российское руководство. Как бы ни стремились в мифические Евросоюз и НАТО. Выбирая между вечной войной и неизбежной гибелью и жизнью, абсолютное большинство украинцев (ну разве что за исключением минимального числа отмороженных националистов) выберет в конечном счёте жизнь. "Existence of Ukraine is life threatening for Ukrainians."
In his very first sentence he openly threatens the lives of any Ukrainians who do not submit to Russian rule and the eradication of their identity.

"And I do not mean just the current state, the banderite political regime. I mean absolutely any Ukraine."
He doubles down on his opening statement.

"The presence of an independent [Ukrainian] state on historical Russian territories will now be a permanent cause to renew the warfare."
So, we have an open confession that Russia will continue to engage in warfare as long as Ukraine exists, with the implication that this is somehow Russia's natural right.

Ignoring the laughable claim that Ukraine is an artificial country when it predates Russia by 600 years, here is a declaration that Russia believes they have the right to decide what trade bloc or alliance their neighbors have the right to join. This sentence in itself is a renunciation of the recognition of another nation's sovereignty, which constitutes a war crime under the United Nations Charter.

So once again, he asserts "we have the right to bomb your population whenever we wish, so choose now to submit to us or die." This, again, is an open declaration of genocidal intent. Also, it's hilarious how he uses "die hard nationalist" as an attempted defamation for any Ukrainian who identifies themselves as "Ukrainian" rather than "Russian."

Summary (English)
Now then, I don't know how much more there is to say here. The war started with "we're not trying to conquer Ukraine." He confessed they are.
Sergei Lavrov barks every day to the UN, "we're not committing genocide." Medvedev just confessed that they are and will continue to do so as long as Ukraine continues to remain independent.
Russia's slaves on social media pretend "Russia is not killing civilians" and "Russia is trying to prevent loss of life." Medvedev just boasted he seeks the death of every Ukrainian man, woman, or child who opposes Russian enslavement, and he openly states that he includes their families as well.
And in case it should be said "he doesn't speak for Russia," I defy anyone to say with a straight face that they believe Vladimir Putin's right-hand man can openly and publicly post something on social media that isn't precisely what the Kremlin wants posted, without being forced to take it down and suicided for it. The fact that this post has stayed up, in Russia, and that Medvedev has not been killed for it, proves it is Russia's official position. Period.
It's an open and shut case, folks. If you are an apologist for Russia, you're an accessory to mass murder. Russia's own leaders have said so.
