I understand not liking festivals, personally I don't really like places where people gather. I have no major problems if it is necessary for me to attend, but it is not a matter of personal taste.

Despite what has been said, the idea of a cultural festival sounds interesting, more interesting when it is an intercultural event. By the way, I saw the label Generation Z, and I was surprised to notice that I didn't know that was the designation for the current generation.

That made me do a little research on generation designations and I find out now that I am part of Generation X... Which made me think of those X-Men fantasy movies... Anyway, I think they also called us something like the 'Generation of the Lost Decade', at least that was the name in Latin America, if not I remember bad.

I can understand the nostalgia, especially if it is a double portion, because what you say about the stalls of Ukraine and Bangladesh makes me think about that. You lived for several years in Ukraine, and you made your life there, but the homeland is something that always accompanies us, because of our memories, our language and our idiosyncrasy (or particular way of thinking and to be).

I think the photos are cute :) Also, I'm glad you enjoyed the outing.

    People call me a Boomer because of my restricted mentality. Well, I cannot understand the current generation. I am millennium and lucky and feel proud always to be a millennium.

    Me too and I also recall the Fantastic Four, Spiderman, and Batman... LOL.. My favorite cartoon was Tom and Jerry and Captain Planet. So I am old now...
