В коловороті робочого дня іноді важко знайти час для повноцінного обіду і тоді на порятунок приходять вони - солодкі хвилинки. Улюблений мій формат - мигдалевий круасан з запашною кавою американо з молоком.
Іноді трапляється, що не вдається викроїти пару хвилин навіть для швидкого перекусу і тоді, як я помітив, до кінця робочого дня "досиджуєш" на автопілоті, а ввечері, прийшовши додому, вже сил не залишається ні на що.
Тому завжди намагаюся знаходити трохи вільного часу серед дня, аби трохи розслабитися і набратися сил на решту робочого часу.
