Hoy quiero dedicarle este nuevo comienzo en HIVE a mi hijo mayor, el cual es uno de mis más grandes bendiciones. Mi hijo se llama Carlos Daniel Álvarez Pereira y tiene 25 años hoy por hoy es símbolo de admiración ya que se ha logrado superar por méritos propios, es un excelente cheff de cocina y aunque no lo crean comenzó como ayudante de cocina y fue con esmero, dedicación y constancia que día a día se fue perfeccionando para así ser lo que hoy en día es un excelente cocinero amado por muchos.
Realmente es algo que yo nunca me imagine, ya que cuando era apenas un adolescente no sabía ni freír un huevo, luego de ello fue mostrando más interés al verme preparar mis comidas, pero las que más llamaban su atención eran las sopas y en especial el arroz aliñado
Estoy muy orgullosa de todo lo que mi hijo ha logrado en tan corto tiempo el cocinar para una gran diversidad de personas con diferentes gustos y preferencia, es un reto bastante grande del cual el ha salido victorioso.
Su jefe esta muy contento con su trabajo y cada día lo impulsa a seguir aprendiendo más, para que en un futuro no muy lejano sea reconocido a nivel mundial, sus platillos son degustados por personas muy exigentes, los cuales han elogiado sus platos como los mejores que hayan probado anteriormente.
Es un privilegio y un orgullo que mi hijo se destaque en este arte tan exigente como lo es la cocina; ya que para ello se requiere de un gran compromiso porque tiene que escoger con sumo cuidado una gran variedad de alimentos, que le servirán de herramienta para el poder preparar los distintos platillos requeridos por las personas que visitan a diario el restaurante donde el labora diariamente.
Hijo estoy totalmente convencida que eres y seguirás siendo uno de los mejores en tu rama no hay palabras para describir la emoción que siento cuando hablan de ti como uno de los mejores te amoooo inmensamente y se que seguirás cosechando más éxitos DIOS te bendiga hoy mañana y siempre y que sigas siendo ese hijo amoroso, amable, cariñoso, responsable pero sobre todo humanista. Siempre al pendiente de todo aquel que te necesita.

Hello my splendid HIVE family, for me it is a privilege to be again sharing with all of you; after several years of absence today I return with much more energy to delight you with my writings, which I am passionate about; I hope you like it.
Today I want to dedicate this new beginning in HIVE to my oldest son, who is one of my greatest blessings. My son's name is Carlos Daniel Alvarez Pereira and he is 25 years old and today he is a symbol of admiration because he has managed to overcome by his own merits, he is an excellent chef and believe it or not he started as a kitchen assistant and it was with care, dedication and perseverance that day by day he was improving to be what today is an excellent cook loved by many.
It really is something that I never imagined, because when he was just a teenager did not even know how to fry an egg, then it was showing more interest to see me prepare my meals, but the ones that most caught his attention were the soups and especially the seasoned rice.
I am very proud of all that my son has achieved in such a short time, cooking for a great diversity of people with different tastes and preferences, it is a big challenge from which he has emerged victorious.
His boss is very happy with his work and every day encourages him to continue learning more, so that in the not too distant future he will be recognized worldwide. His dishes are tasted by very demanding people, who have praised his dishes as the best they have ever tasted.
It is a privilege and a pride that my son excels in this art as demanding as it is the kitchen; since it requires a great commitment because he has to choose carefully a variety of foods, which will serve as a tool to prepare the various dishes required by the people who visit daily the restaurant where he works daily.
Son I am totally convinced that you are and will continue to be one of the best in your branch there are no words to describe the emotion I feel when they talk about you as one of the best I love you immensely and I know you will continue to reap more success GOD bless you today tomorrow and always and may you continue to be that loving, kind, caring, responsible but above all humanist son. Always looking out for everyone who needs you.
