El día de ayer , recibí la llamada de la pediatra que controla a mis hijos desde hace unos años, informándome que las vacunas que le correspondían (neumococo) se las acababa de llevar el laboratorio a su consultorio. Preguntándome si podía llevarlos ya que el tiempo de refrigeración es importante, y debido a los cortes de luz, es mejor úsarla lo más pronto posible.
Afortunadamente César y Arturo tenían las clases suspendidas el día de ayer por el fallecimiento de un cronista destacado del municipio así que estaban libres, pero la cara de ellos al enterarse que iban a ser vacunados fue de asombro🙈. No les agrada nada que tenga que ver con agujas ni inyecciones, pero había a que hacerlo. Nos dirigirnos al centro medico el valle, allí la doctora estaba esperándonos.
César, el menor, es el más nervioso, las manos se le pusieron frías y se sentía un poco mareado, pero afortunadamente las doctora lo hizo rápido y salió de eso primero, al final no se lo creía que ya estaba listo jejejeje. Después vino el turno de Arturo, estaba un poco preocupado por el tamaño de la aguja pero al quitarle la doctora el capuchón o tapa se dio cuenta que la aguja era pequeña y fina, así que se relajó y dijo que no le dolió.
Al salir del consultorio los niños estaban desconcertados porque lo que se habían imaginado toda la mañana desde el momento que les dije que iban a ser vacunados ni se acercó a lo que sintieron en realidad 😄al final para cerrar con broche de oro, los lleve a disfrutar unas barquillas como premio por lo bien que se portaron, por cierto estaban deliciosas fueron de la heladería del supermercado rattan de la ciudad de Paraguachi. Yesterday, I received a call from the pediatrician who controls my children since a few years ago, informing me that the vaccines that corresponded to them (pneumococcus) had just been taken by the laboratory to her office. Fortunately Cesar and Arturo had classes suspended yesterday due to the death of a prominent chronicler of the municipality so they were free, but their face when they found out they were going to be vaccinated was astonishment🙈. They don't like anything to do with needles or injections, but it had to be done. We went to the valley medical center, where the doctor was waiting for us.
Cesar, the youngest, was the most nervous, his hands got cold and he felt a little dizzy, but fortunately the doctor did it fast and he got out of it first, at the end he didn't believe he was ready hehehehehe. Then it was Arturo's turn, he was a little worried about the size of the needle but when the doctor removed the cap he realized that the needle was small and thin, so he relaxed and said it didn't hurt.
When leaving the office the children were puzzled because what they had imagined all morning from the moment I told them they were going to be vaccinated was not even close to what they really felt 😄 at the end to close with a flourish, I took them to enjoy some bars as a reward for how well they behaved, by the way they were delicious were from the ice cream shop of the supermarket rattan in the city of Paraguachi.
