My weakest spot

If I have a weakest spot then surely that was my child. As a mom, my little one is my everything. His happiness is mine, and his pain is my death.

Hello mother's of Hive, how are you? Suppose this is my first time to post from this community,and I wish I can meet more awesome Mother's from here.

Anyways today allow me to share with you my simple way to make my child happy. I wasn't a perfect mom to my little one, but I can give the perfect love I have to him.
I wasn't the kind of a mom who always tolerates my child want's, specially when it comes to toy's. However if I can, I would be glad to give it to him.

Anyway a few weeks ago my son and I went to the city to buy some groceries for home, but before we bought the groceries I firstly bring him to the fun station so he can have some fun with the ride's. However he doesn't like to play with ride's, as he just wants to run and roam around the play station until he saw a chair. He immediately grab the chair and he was happy pushing it🤦. It was funny that he only wants the chair than the ride's so I just let him enjoy pushing the chair.

Then suddenly he gets tired of the chair so he again run. But this time he run inside to the supermarket. I immediately followed him and I was worried that he might broke something. He was really energetic. Since I was worried I bring him outside the supermarket. However he run again,but this time he headed to the toy's station. Actually I was about to go the school supplies area as I wanted to buy him a story book but since he run I just followed him.

He then saw a big toy car and he got excited as see it.

He immediately grab the toy and he excitedly yelled "Wow" when he saw that it was big. He even wanted me to open it's plastic, but upon checking it's price I was so surprised that the toy was so expensive and so I told him that we can't open the toy as it wasn't ours. I immediately return it to it's place and we went outside the toy station. He was sad actually but I really can't afford to buy him that expensive toy as this time we needed the money for important purpose. We go home that day without the toy, luckily he didn't get some tantrums.

However the next week while I was walking with him here inside our village he again saw a big toy car. It happened because we came across to the toy store and I didn't expect that he would run upon seeing the toy. He immediately run inside the store and he again yelled so excitedly because he saw a big toy car inside. I was really sad that I can't afford to buy him the toy. So when my partner went home that night after his work, I told him that our son really wants a big toy car as he saw it again in the toy store. My partner told me that we will buy him one's he received his salary.

But then I remember that Shopee (online shop app) will be having their salary day sale on July 15. So open the app and browse to see if I can find a big toy car for my son. Upon browsing I found many, however some of the reviews are not convincing so I continue to browse until I finally found a good store with a good reputation.

I have seen that they will be going to give a discount on the app sale day, so I just leave my item in my cart and check it out on July 15 so I can Avail the discount.

When the payday sale finally came I immediately checked out the toy and I was happy that because of the discount I bought it more cheaper than the store. We waited for the seller to ship out the parcel and I was expecting that the parcel will arrive to our home address after my partner's salary came. But unfortunately, it was unexpected that arrives earlier than I thought 😅.
But then I'm still lucky as each day I always checked the status of my parcel, and so as early as six o'clock in the morning of July 19, I find out that my parcel will be arriving any time soon that day. Since I don't have cash on hand I decided to cash out my earnings from the survey app that I have in my phone. It was really fortunate that I have already reached the minimum payout before my parcel came, otherwise I can't pay the toy😂.

Actually I have another plan for this earning,but because I wanted to make my son happy, I just then decided to use it for his toy. Besides I can still earn from that app 😅.

When I receive the parcel I immediately give it to my son and his reaction was priceless. He was so happy that he finally have a big toy car. He don't even want me to touch it. He immediately play the toy with his other toy's, and he even held it until he fall asleep.

Watching him happy after having his new toy makes me feel happy. I felt that my patience for that app just to earn a little amount of money, was been paid off😁.

Closing thoughts;

We don't wanna see our son being sad, but sometimes we really can't give him everything that he wants. His needs is important to us than his wants and I hope he understands us someday.
