¡Hola a todos! Decidí llevar a mi hija Isabella al zoológico nacional en Providencia. Este zoológico es muy frecuentado por turistas, ya que queda en el cerro San Cristóbal, y donde hay un mirador y se puede observar todo Santiago.
Isabella estaba muy emocionada, porque le gustan mucho los animales. Ella especialmente quería ver el León. Al llegar al zoológico, pensaba que la entrada era gratuita como salía en internet, pero había que pagar boletos para poder entrar.
No era la única que pensaba de esa manera. Según lo que nos indicaron, los boletos se compraban por internet. Habilitaron una caja rápidamente, había mucha gente, logramos pagar y entramos al zoológico después de un rato.
Mi bebé estaba muy contenta. Cuando entramos, ella comenzó a ver a los animales, fuimos subiendo poco a poco y el sol estaba muy fuerte. Llegamos hasta la parte más alta del zoológico y logramos ver a todos los animales.
En el zoológico había una parte dedicada al cine. Los niños pueden entrar y allí les hablan sobre los animales. Es una experiencia que vivió mi hija Isabella, además había una pinta caritas, pero la fila estaba muy larga. Nos sentamos a esperar hasta que llegara nuestro turno (esto había que pagarlo, me salió en 5.000 mil pesos chilenos). Mi bebé se emocionó más cuando llegó su turno para que le pintaran la cara.
Finalmente, cuando íbamos bajando para irnos, vimos un mini-market que tenía venta de golosinas y helados. Allí compré algunos dulces y unos helados para refrescarnos por el calor que había. Cuando ya estábamos regresando a casa, vimos una venta de sombreros y mi bebé se enamoró de uno de ellos y decidí comprárselo. Luego de eso regresamos a casa a descansar. Visiting the National Zoo with my Daughter Isabella - Providencia: Chile
Hello everyone! I decided to take my daughter Isabella to the national zoo in Providencia. This zoo is very frequented by tourists, since it is located on the San Cristobal hill, and where there is a viewpoint and you can see all of Santiago.
Isabella was very excited, because she likes animals very much. She especially wanted to see the lion. When she arrived at the zoo, she thought that the entrance was free as it appeared on the internet, but you had to pay tickets to get in.
She was not the only one who thought that way. According to what we were told, tickets were purchased online. They set up a cashier quickly, there were a lot of people, we managed to pay and entered the zoo after a while.
My baby was very happy. When we entered, she started to see the animals, we went up little by little and the sun was very strong. We got to the highest part of the zoo and were able to see all the animals.
In the zoo there was a part dedicated to cinema. Children can go in and they talk to them about the animals. It is an experience that my daughter Isabella lived, there was also a face painting, but the line was very long. We sat and waited until it was our turn (this had to be paid for, it cost me 5,000 thousand Chilean pesos). My baby got even more excited when it was her turn to have her face painted.
Finally, as we were walking down to leave, we saw a mini-market selling candy and ice cream. There I bought some candy and ice cream to cool off from the heat. When we were on our way back home, we saw a sale of hats and my baby fell in love with one of them and I decided to buy it for her. After that we went back home to rest. A los niños les encantan los animales, y la visitas a los zoológicos suelen ser muy divertidas gracias a eso. Me alegra ver qué todavía existen algunas partes donde los zoo son bien cuidados.
