I was excited with the idea of breastfeeding my baby for the first time but disappointed when the Breast milk wasn't coming out...my baby kept crying.
I took palm wine, eat groundnut and pap(corn starch) and the next day my breast milk came flowing like a river my baby eat to his satisfaction.
I did exclusive breastfeeding for six months I'm so connected to my baby....I can relate with your experience.

Thank you very much friend @goodysam , it's good that you were able to breastfeed the next day and feed your tenderness, breast milk is the best food for our children and protects them from diseases and also keeps their skin beautiful. A big hug, God bless you and your family.
