I am so glad he didn't have to have the IV in his head. My youngest son when he was a baby had to have blood drawn from his head because it was too difficult to draw it from his arms. I think it was more painful for me to watch than for him, but still.
Make sure you and mother get some rest as well. Sounds like you two may be really tired and not have much rest at all. Don't need the two of you getting sick due to lack of rest.
Thanks for putting us in your thought and for such a kind comment. I couldn't even watch the line being set on his arm, let alone the head.
We've been resting indoor mainly since he's been discharged and will probably continue doing so until Monday.
