What are some of the biggest challenges and rewards you have experienced as a caregiver to children

Mom and their babies are bound even before they were born. Every month they passed, mark the beginning of a sometimes challenging, yet rewarding, relationship. Mom is an intelligent fitness of teenagers by solidifying the relationship between primary desires (that is, food, water, shelter, sleep) and creating the relationship of awake accessories with young children. The union is an emotional link that is developed among children and parents. Children with a healthy attachment to their caregivers likely establish stable relationships in the second half of life.

The connection with your babies includes: Creating a safe and supportive living environment. Make sure they have enough sleep to laugh and play. Feed them with them at lunch and dinner. Learn to pay attention to their unique facial expressions (ie how to express your facial behavior, your voice, and your needs).

Setting limits in addition to raising children is an important part of the mother-child relationship. Children should not perform all household chores. Do so too. Tell your child clearly when outlining limits. For instance, "It's not good to pour water on the couch. I'm putting it in the sink." This example specified unacceptable behavior and informed the child what behavior they wanted to see. Keep following after instructing your child to do what. If your child can't achieve that instruction, you can help the child complete the task. For example, you can walk with her and put the cup in the sink.

To establish a healthy and secure attachment relationship with your son or daughter, you must first take care of yourself. As a mother, you are often very busy and stress can wear you out. Like your child, the first step is meeting basic needs (ie, food, water, shelter, and sleep).

Without getting enough sleep or eating, you can't be at your best. When these wishes are fulfilled, hence you must consider how to deal with stress. Will you let it grow until you explode in anger and frustration? Will you take it to your family and children? Have you experienced unhappiness and despair? These are common responses to stress, and you deserve a little support. You can also discover small ways to deal with stress every day.
Emotions are happy, sad, sad and frustrated, frustrating and constantly changing all day long. The list will continue. If you feel your emotions are off the "standard" or "baseline" (the emotions you feel most often with minimal stress), it's time to stop and think. Focusing on stress for seconds or minutes provides an opportunity for the mind and body to return to their "standards".

When coping with stress, first count 10, deep breaths outside the room. Drink water or give attention to music. Take a little time and imagine about it. What am I thinking? How do I feel? Are you still relax? A healthy child cannot grow without a healthy parent. As a mother, you esteem and love yourself all the time. It's hard to be a mom, but it is worth it. lol
