Un abrazo muy grande para toma la comunidad de @motherhood, bueno este mes de noviembre fue bastante fuerte, a pesar de que también fue mi cumpleaños jaja, no me dio tiempo ni de publicar como pase mi día con mi familia, de tantas cosas que pasaron, pero llego el gran esperado día, por el cual luna se ha estado preparando tanto, su cambio de cinturón, ascenso de grado en su deporte favorito, karate do.
A big hug to the @motherhood community, well this November was quite strong, even though it was also my birthday haha, I didn't even have time to post how I spent my day with my family, of so many things that happened, but the long-awaited big day has arrived, for which luna has been preparing so much, her belt change, degree promotion in her favorite sport, karate do.
Bueno, anteriormente había comentado que Luna se había enfermado y perdió clases y entrenamiento, por lo que en cuanto se curó tuvimos que meterle nitro y entrenar bastante para estar preparadas y presentar el examen de grado. Todos los días entrenamiento 2 horas al día, hasta los sábados, fue bastante agotador, aunque no para ella jaja, sino para la mamá jaja, en conjunto también se debía hacer tareas y seguir practicando la lectura. Pero hoy quiero dedicar este post para hablarles del karate, deporte caracterizado por ser muy disciplinado, inculcar respeto, puntualidad y sobre todo compañerismo.
Well, I had previously mentioned that Luna had gotten sick and missed classes and training, so as soon as she was cured we had to put nitro in her and train a lot to be prepared and present the undergraduate exam. Every day I train 2 hours a day, until Saturdays, it was quite exhausting, although not for her haha, but for mom haha, all in all she also had to do homework and keep practicing reading. But today I want to dedicate this post to tell you about karate, a sport characterized by being very disciplined, instilling respect, punctuality and above all companionship.
Luna tiene desde los 4 años practicando este deporte, pero luego hicimos una pausa de unos meses por algunos problemas económicos para ser más específicos, pero desde esa edad Luna manifestó gusto por esta disciplina y verla amar este deporte mi hizo amarlo tanto como ella, en este regreso ha mejorado un montón y la ha ayudado muchísimo con su concentración y el enfoque, claro esta pequeña, a veces se pierde entre la diversión, pero luego vuelve a enfocarse y he sido testigo de como le ha cambiado la vida a Luna ser atleta de karate do, no he tenido la oportunidad de compartir con alguien la emoción que siento cada vez que mejora, que aprende algo nuevo, solo lo comparto con ella, resulto ser una de nuestras actividades juntas, yo no practico karate, pero igual debo aprenderme las técnicas para practicar en casa, y aprendernos la teoría juntas también.
Luna has been practicing this sport since she was 4 years old, but then we took a break for a few months due to some economic problems to be more specific, but since that age Luna expressed a taste for this discipline and seeing her love this sport made me love it as much as she did, in this comeback she has improved a lot and it has helped her a lot with her concentration and focus, of course this little one, sometimes she gets lost in the fun, but then she refocuses and I have witnessed how Luna's life has changed being a karate athlete do, I haven't had the opportunity to share with someone the excitement I feel every time she improves, that she learns something new, I just share it with her, it turned out to be one of our activities together, I don't practice karate, but I still have to learn the techniques to practice at home, and learn the theory together too.
Solo nosotras dos compartimos esta pasión y eso es hermoso, nos une muchísimo más, para los demás es un deporte cualquiera común y corriente jaja. Lamentablemente, el deporte es un poco costoso para mi gusto, pero allí seguimos batallando y recibiendo apoyo por parte de los abuelos paternos de Luna, lo cual agradezco muchísimo. Para no hacer el cuento muy largo, llego el día de presentar el examen, el Sensei eligió el teatro Luis Mariano Rivera para comodidad de todos porque el dojo hace calor y no hay muchos asientos para los representantes y familiares que quisieran asistir, pero sería la primera vez en un escenario para Luna y para muchos otros atletas, esperábamos que no se pusieran nerviosos por eso, pero los nervios siempre están, lo importante es superarlos y eso fue lo que hizo Luna, supero sus miedos y aun así pequeña pudo presentar sin problemas.
Only the two of us share this passion and that's beautiful, it unites us much more, for the others it's an ordinary and ordinary sport haha. Unfortunately, the sport is a little expensive for my taste, but we continue to fight there and receive support from Luna's paternal grandparents, which I am very grateful for. To not make the story too long, the day of presenting the exam arrived, the Sensei chose the Luis Mariano Rivera theater for everyone's comfort because the dojo is hot and there are not many seats for representatives and family members who would like to attend, but it would be the first time on a stage for Luna and for many other athletes, we hoped that they would not get nervous about that, but nerves are always there, the important thing is to overcome them and that's what Luna did, she overcame her fears and even so as a child she was able to present without problems.
Yo en su lugar no sé si hubiese tenido tanto valor, en el video muestro como fue su presentación, el examen constaba de 6 partes:
Estas dos imágenes fueron tomadas por la organización del teatro, pero me otorgaron el permiso de usarlas, ya que soy la representante de la menor
1.- Kihon estático: técnicas de defensa y ataque realizadas en el mismo lugar.
2-. Kihon dinámico: técnicas de defensa y ataque realizadas con pasos hacia delante y/o atrás.
3.- Katas: para cinturón amarillo kata requerido es el Heidan shodan y debe saberse el Heidan nidan.
4.- Sanbon Kumite: demostración de técnicas de ataque y defensa realizadas en pareja.
5.- Bunkai: demostración de la ejecución del kata Heidan shodan realizadas con dos atacantes.
6.- Parte teorica: saber el significado de la terminología japonesa del karate do.

1.- Static Kihon: defense and attack techniques performed in the same place.
2-. Dynamic Kihon: defense and attack techniques performed with steps forward and / or backward.
3.- Katas: for yellow belt kata required is the Heidan shodan and must know the Heidan nidan.

Hizo lo que se le pidió, con determinación, con valentía y segura de sí misma, la verdad es lo que más amo de Luna es su seguridad y quiero que siga así, saco 94 puntos de 100, una muy buena puntuación para ser ascendida. En el Dojo llegó el Sensei Mervin Silva de caracas que es el director técnico de la organización Tamashi de Venezuela para evaluarlos a todos, organización donde pertenece el Dojo Team Champions y en seguida le encantó la personalidad de Luna, porque ella pregunta todo y no teme hablar, la llamó su nueva amiga Luna de Cumaná jeje, es que así es ella, se gana rápidamente el corazón de todo el que la conoce. Estoy muy orgullosa de ella, no hay palabras para describir lo emocionada que estoy por ella y su gran logro, sobre todo su gran esfuerzo por ser mejor y eso es admirable.
